Every aspect of my car buying expensive was excellent! I found a vehicle on the website I was interested in, but I am 4 hours away so I couldn’t just run by to look at it. Tony, my salesman, contacted me the next morning and was so very helpful every step of the way. I was able to have financing in place before making the drive to Columbia. The explorer I was interested in far surpassed my expectations! The finance team was kind enough to wait for me participate in a pre-scheduled telephone meeting before finalizing my paperwork, and I appreciate that so much. We were very impressed with the entire staff at Joe Machens Ford ‘Supercenter’ today. We feel we were treated very fairly on the price on our new 2018 Ford F-150. Salesman Cameron Neal was knowledgeable about the vehicles and able to answer any questions we had. He was pleasant to work with, friendly without being too pushy. Gene Buck the ‘finance guy’ also did a very good job getting the paperwork done and financing arranged.
We were looking for just a basic standard-cab pickup. No one tried to push us toward a bigger sale, they just tried to find the vehicle we wanted. This is our third vehicle purchased from one of the Joe Machens dealerships in Columbia. We’ve been very pleased with the last two vehicles, and believe we will be very happy with this pickup truck.

Customer service is top notch!!! Now a days getting Great customer service is so rare however, at Joe Machen Ford Quick Line CUSTOMER SERVICE is like the good old days when customers matter. We were traveling cross country for a funeral and our “new” 2012 diesel truck oil light went on, not knowing the ins and out of a diesel we called the nearest Ford dealer and Joe Machen Ford. We told them our situation and they squeezed us in, even though they were short staffed. We were in and out under 1 1/2 hours. That is Great customer service!

I have been buying vehicles here my whole life. My mom bought her mustang and SUV here after another dealer sold her a lemon forester. Kevin West is my guy, he is always honest, thorough, and punctual which is exactly what you want out of a salesmen. Kevin helped my wife and I find our Explorer and I couldn't be happier with it; he has helped my wife with many vehicles before we became married! Also this place has one of the cheapest and most through oil changes in town! The one they have for basic 5 qt oil change is cheaper then what I can buy it for from a parts store. great group of individuals here
