Hillcreek Yarn & Fiber

This is a gem of a store! The owner is super sweet and very knowledgeable. The store takes a bit of looking but is worth it. DO NOT use google maps search to find it! It took us to a weird old building called Parcade that they used to be at. Use the address on their website. Also the shop is behind their house and you have to drive down the driveway and around the house to see the building. I know it sounds weird but it works! I can’t wait to see Eric and his wife at fiber shows this year!

Best place to get yarn and fiber arts supplies in Columbia! Bex and Eric are very knowledgeable and helpful. Worth a visit if you do any fiber arts.

The owner is so friendly. She's also got whatever you could ever want in her shop! I will definitely be back.

I travel a lot, and visit yarn stores whenever I can. My Yarn App took me to Hillcreek Yarn Shoppe, and I am very happy it did. It's not a huge store, but has a very nice variety - some I'd never seen before. The guy behind the counter was friendly and helpful without being invasive. I wandered around, found some yarn I liked (of course!) and asked about sales. They were having a buy 4 get one free promotion which seemed great to me.
They have weaving and spinning supplies too - in case you're in to that.

Awesome store! Bex was a very patient teacher. I will be back soon especially since I live at the Lake of the Ozarks and we don't have a yarn Shop like this one!

Bex and Kirsten are beyond amazing! They can help with any knitting or crocheting problem. The yarn selection is phenomenal. I have been a loyal customer for many years. No other yarn shop can compare to Hillcreek!

Awesome store. Lots of hand dyed yarns and a wide selection of dyes, spinning and weaving tools. Prices are slightly better than expected.

Found this place on the way to KC from St Louis. Definitely worth the look, the owner is amazing and very knowledgeable! Will definitely be making a second visit.
