My experience as a first time car buyer at Car-Mart in Columbia was excellent. Ginger, Ann and I believe his name was Ronnie all educated me, was patient and helped me choose the right vehicle for my family. I will recommend them to anyone I know!

Ronnie and ginger helped out tremendously and explained everything to where it was understandable and worked with me. Much appreciation for these two and also the guy with dreads that rode with me on my test drive good peoples for sure i thinkh his name was kell or kory my bad for forgetting

I have been told for a couple of years I couldn't get a car without putting a very large down payment down due to having nothing on my credit report. I decided to try one last place which was Car-Mart and Brandon and Ronnie made it happen for me, it did take a few days due to computer issues and things beyond their control but in the end I drove away in a newer car that I absolutely love and I could not be happier.. From the bottom of my heart I Thank you both for giving me the ability to go home to see my kids this Christmas for the first time in 5 years

Very friendly environment. It was my first time getting a car and Ann walked me through everything with detail. I never felt like questions I asked was annoying She was so friendly and got me in the exact car I wanted. 10/10 would recommend.

They got me in a newer vehicle and I'm so grateful I have to thank God and then thank them I'm so grateful and there service is professional the new sales men is humble there all humble in there definitely amazing employees you have there. They definitely make you feel appreciated they listen and help you throughout the process and they have major patience not one time did I hear them cuss they are professional with there jobs they all dress accordingly and all talk with respect and all of these things tie into becoming a great business would definitely recommend to someone . Anna and Ronnie were absolutely AMAZING to work with! Even after running into a few hick-ups finding me the perfect car, Ronnie didn't stop until he found the exact car that is absolutely perfect for my family. And when another hick-up arose with Insurance companies, they both were so patient and worked after close to insure I got to leave in my new car.
