Finally something exciting in Columbia MO. One of the most friendly people near campus and student accommodation. They serve variety of fresh cookies with selection of ice cream. They are little bit pricey but the cookies worth your money. They are open till 3AM which is a plus. I recommend for people who wants to satisfy their late night cravings for fresh and warm cookies. And yes they deliver too...

I came in only a few minutes before close, which is 3 am mind you. But the lady there was the kindest person I’ve ever met. Also the cookies were delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back, probably not as close to close.

This week Insomnia Cookies delivered an order to my family. Every person loved them. The order included chocolate chunk, oatmeal raisin, snickerdoodle, and peanut butter chip. Vanilla ice cream was included too. Every cookie flavor was delicious, and so was the ice cream.
The order was placed online without any difficulty. I would say it took about 45 minutes to an hour for the delivery to arrive on the “ASAP” time request. We didn’t hear the doorbell initially, but the driver texted me to let me know he was outside. It was a really good experience. Insomnia has delicious cookies.

These guys and gals Rock! Even when an order gets messed up they go above and beyond to correct it for you. Roman thank you thank everybody at the shop for going the extra mile.

One of the best cookie places around. Bought cookies now 4 nights again, we’re still fresh and good to eat after 3 full days. Went back again to get more. Highly recommend salt caramel pretzel cookie!

Are the cookies amazing? Absolutely. But this review is not about the cookies. I placed an order for delivery to a friend as a congratulations gift. Later on, I had to call back and change the delivery address. The lady was very nice and switched it for me. However later on that night my friend told me the delivery never came. So I called the corporate number and spoke with another lady, who was amazing, and found out there was a miscommunication between the new addresses. The lady who corrected the address for me the final time called the bakery in Columbia and got another order delivered right away! Great customer service both at the bakery in Columbia and at the corporate office.

I live 4 hours away but everytime I'm in the city I dont leave without a box. NOMNOMNOM

I was having a rough day, and honestly I needed cookies as a pickmeup. I didn't think I had earned the cookies and I'm doing my best to save money, but these guys sent me the absolute most genuine note with my delivery. The staff is kind, quick, and makes some solid batches of cookies. This made my night and I will definitely buy from here again!

I loved my cookies especially because they still had that right out of the oven warmth and taste! Also, c'mon they stay open until 3am! So, if you need a sweet fix they have you covered.

Oh my! The peanut butter chocolate chunk was worth every calorie! Serving it warm was such a treat. I'm glad I don't live in Columbia or I would be there every day as a customer. Cookies are big enough you can share one!

Whoever was working alone on 4/6 deserves a raise. This man was calm cool and collected dealing with so many people by himself. I want to give him a hug. There were so many people. One man against the world (como). Literally tho give him a raise

I work at the front desk of a local hotel, and a guest sat in the lobby and ordered for delivery. The delivery was very quick just over 30 minutes, and the delivery driver very professional. The guest gave me a snickerdoodle cookie which usually are not my favorite but oh my this snickerdoodle melted in my mouth and was warm at delivery. I will defiantly be recommending Insomia Cookies to anyone curious about a great place for dessert. I will also start purchasing for my self as well.

On this night I was helped by two fine guys who gave me the best tasting insomnia cookies I’d had to date despite it being close to closing. You don’t get that level of quality everywhere at this time, so I was quite pleased.

Great cookies and fast service! Ive never had trouble with delivery, and you generally can't go wrong with any of their flavors.

The people were nice, and they have really awesome cookies ❤ I think the double chocolate mint is my favorite. Highly recommend!

I love this place❤ Me and my roomie showed up at midnight and they let us come in and out and buy more cookies!!! Not to mention their cookies are delicious!!!!!!

I feel like these are much better than hotbox cookies in town and have a different ambiance about the place. Feels more welcoming and the clerk was very nice

Had an issue with the online ordering that resulted in my order being cancelled. Once they were made aware of the issue they had my order out to me as quick as possible with a ton of extras thrown in. Excellent customer service.

So good!!! The employees were helpful and friendly- the peanut butter chip cookie is TO DIE FOR!
