Needed something repaired, they put a new part on, worked for a day then broke again, turns out it was a faulty part! They quickly replaced the part at no extra cost for the new part just paid for labor! Seems like a good place to me!

Mickey's provides excellent auto repair service. I have gone there for years and have never been disappointed . They service lawn mowers and tractors, too. Honest, dependable, reasonably priced. It is comforting to have a mechanic you can trust to do a good diagnosis, fix what needs fixing, charge a fair price, and send you on your way.

This is a great little hardware and auto parts store, with auto repair bays in the back, and mechanics on-duty. The environment is cozy and calm inside.

From the outside, it looks very yard-equipment specific, and indeed it does have plenty of that. But they have all the hardware basics covered surprisingly well: electrical, plumbing, hand tools, obviously auto parts, and so forth.

Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area, or drive through Hallsville regularly.
