If it wasn’t for the bartender, I would have not had a good time!! Dalton was the best thing that has come from this hotel!!! If you ever come by here ask for him!! He literally makes the stay the best ever!!

My husband and I came to stay at this hotel because we were in town for a wedding. We arrived at the hotel after driving twenty hours on May 31. Their elevators were broken and are room was on the 7th floor I had to walk up 7 flights of stairs and I am6 months pregnant. My husband tried to get us a refund but didn’t have any luck with that. We went to the wedding and then came back to the room on 8/1 to find out that the hotel that the elevator was broken again. So again I had to climb 7 flights of stairs. My husband is again going to try to get refund.

Location was an easy drive to downtown where my meeting was. Great value for what I needed. Room was spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Sam and the staff were very attentive and responsive, even when I needed to change rooms due to a maintenance issue. Complimentary breakfast was nice, and the hotel's built-in Indian restaurant was a pleasant surprise, The restaurant and hotel appear to be run by a family of hard workers, and they were on the ball more than usual for a budget hotel. Next to a Quiktrip, near many food options, and within a 10-minute Uber from the airport, I found the location to be convenient.

Here I am for work and have a work van. With well some supplies. It’s a very clean nice hotel but I have noticed people walking around outside that look choice. I’m from Kansas City and used to not so safe so yeah I’m being judgy but real of the area. Well The nice lady who works the front desk named Svar who is amazingly nice and sweet. I can’t thank her enough. Will forever be grateful to her and this hotel.

Place had been remodeled.
The staff has made my stay excellent.. the Indian restaurant in the main lobby is also excellent.. new to my taste buds but well worth the try. This place has come a long ways from what it used to be. Give them a try . It’ll be worth the stay .

After a very long flight from NYC I chose to stay rather than drive another 4 hours. Very glad I did. I had great service to include the front desk both Srva and Sam were super friendly great customer service. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and an employee in the kitchen by the name of Beto engaged in friendly conversation. I absolutely appreciate wonderful customer service. Thank you so much.

Hotel was very comfortable to stay with affordable prices. Breakfast was hot and good. Location was perfect in downtown. I would like to appreciate srav at the front desk for making us comfortable during the check out time. Will come back once we visit Wichita.

Decent room, all the amenities like tv, dryer, Air conditioner, heater works fine. Bath towels and blankets provided was very clean and comfortable, quick service response at the front desk. Breakfast had limited items, but food was good. Pleasant location and happy to stay.

I stay here all the time yeah people don't like the location but for the price the rooms are clean the staff is friendly there has been times I was in a bind and helped me change rooms. I think they have improved quite a bit over the years. Vamsi is not only amazing but he goes beyond and never makes you feel unwelcome.

Awesome service and impeccable cleanliness. The whole experience from the reception to check out was phenomenal. Every team member was eager to answer and help with the smile on their face. Superb customer service.The location is what makes this hotel a hidden gem. Would definitely come back again.

Friendly staff and room was quiet and clean. The big suprise in todays world was honesty. We had left jewelery in the room , not realizing until after leaving town. We called the next day and it was at the front desk. How refreshing.

The staff member DG was very helpful and understanding. Finding hotels that accept dogs is quite hard and this was the first place I didn't have to beg. Reasonable prices rooms right in town near everything. I will be stopping here again next time I am traveling through Kansas and need a place to stay.

Good place. The services they bring are very good. Sam, the person that have ready the breakfast all mornings being good services. Front desk Customer Services, Stav, bring good services. All personal made we feel comfortable. I recommend Wyndham Garden in Wichita KS.

Rooms are very clean and spacious . Front desk staff is excellent and they are awesome . They are very helpful. Hotel is located at downtown that’s great to know and it’s very close to Intrust bank Arena. We had a great stay here . Thank you Wyndham ,will definitely visit you again .

Actually very impressed by this hotel. Before it was under renovations.They have improved a lot more. Roomd were very clean and hot breakfast options. Srav at frontdesk was very pleasant and professional. Thank you team.
