B&C Barbeque

This place is such a gem, and we always love coming for not only the delicious food, but the super cool atmosphere and awesome service. Thanks for all y'all do! Keep up the great work!

I had dined at this place well over a decade ago and I still remembered it. While on business in Wichita I decided to see if it was still opened, sure enough it was. It has received a face lift since I was last here and now the place looks fantastic.

All I could really remember was the AYCE Buffet! My memory didn’t fail me. $23 for a BBQ Buffet was simply awesome! We received two pink tickets after paying and we headed directly to the buffet. I do like the fact that they serve you, you merely tell them what you want. I only went through the line twice because truly that is all I could eat. On the first pass I selected the Potato Salad, Spicy Baked Beans, Salad, Pulled Pork and Honey Glazed Ribs. To be honest I was full but I needed to try the Load Baked Potato Salad, the regular Baked Beans, Brisket, & Dry Ribs!

Both Potato Salads were perfect and it would hard to choose one over the other. Ditto for the Baked Beans but I could myself leaning more towards the Regular Beans.

Every meat I picked was done perfectly so again personal choice as you go through!

There wasn’t anything I choose that I didn’t like! The Bbq was amazing, the sides very delicious! However, I was content! It was a great price for an awesome lunch!

To be honest I could almost make the 21/2 hr drive from OKC just to eat here . . . and I just might do it again!

My second visit to B&C Barbeque exceeded expectations once again! The food was absolutely delicious, with tender meats and flavorful sauces that perfectly complemented each dish. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff who were knowledgeable about the menu and provided prompt service throughout the meal. What's more, the prices were quite reasonable for the quality and portion sizes offered. B&C Barbeque continues to impress with its fantastic food and great value, making it a must-visit for anyone craving excellent barbecue.

We had not been here for a few years and were pleasantly surprised during our visit. Carey has done an amazing job of updating everything. Check out the pics. The prices had to go up, welcome to today's world. He had to stop the self serve buffet because so many people would get way too much food and then leave it. Wasting too much. Now his team will serve you the buffet which I actually like better. Cleaner and not a lot of people handling the utensils. We went for lunch on Thursday, it was so good, we decided to bring some friends back on Friday for supper. Carey is the son of the original owners, Bob and Carol, he still preps all of the meat and smokes it. Does an excellent job. We will for sure be back. Flavor is awesome. Fresh made chips are terrific also.

We missed the buffet but the combo plate was more than enough for two. There was even extra to take home. If you share, there is an extra 1.50 charge but worth it. Spicy beans are amazing!!

Met an old friend here for dinner tonight. It was my first time here at B&C. My friend had the pulled pork dinner, I had the smokehouse burger. We both enjoyed our meals.

It was a quiet evening and not very crowded.

I had ordered the Smokehouse Burger rare, but it came medium. I didn't worry about it much because all the toppings and the jalapenos made up for that; the burger was delicious. The spicy barbecue sauce has just the right amount of heat. It was hot but not so hot it'll burn a hole in your lung. Enough to make you sweat a bit but not be overwhelming. Highly recommended.

My friend said the pulled pork was great.

We ate at the bar. Luis got us set up with a couple of drinks and was a patient, attentive bartender. He checked in on us often enough without being overwhelming and made sure drinks were filled.

On our way out, I left my carryout at the bar and Luis came to the door and waved us down. Nice guy. I appreciated the gesture. I'll absolutely be back again to B&C!

Their 24 oz smoked prime rib is very delicious! They serve some of the best asparagus from any restaurant that I've been to. The atmosphere is very inviting and pleasant, which is also true about the service that I received there! I can't wait to go back for more prime rib and to try their other menu items! Their smash burgers are juicy and quite tasty! The Mango Habenero and the Black and Blu smash burgers were good! The root beer floats were also tasty!

I took my whole family and met more family for lunch. We all ate buffet, we'd never done that at B&C before so it was a new experience. We all got stuffed and it was all delicious! It didn't matter if we ate salad, sides, or the delectable meats - it was all fabulous! We go into an all-you-can-eat buffet thinking we will make several trips to refill our plates but it honestly didn't happen that way because the food is filling and they pile it up for you. A few of us made a second trip but most of us only needed that first time through. Literally the best buffet I've ever eaten! There was one lady with a somewhat not so nice attitude working in the buffet area but it was easy to get past. Everyone else was super nice, friendly, and very helpful. We will definitely go back over and over!!! Love this BBQ!

Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Went right at 11am on a weekday. The smoked brisket was amazing, and the standout item for me. For sides I love Cole slaw and baked beans. Their beans were good, slaw was just ok. Not great. The salad was…salad. I would go again, but at around $16 for lunch it’s not going to be often.

This is the place to go for prime rib. Wife had 12 oz and I had 32oz. Came with loaded baked potato and asparagus both were cooked to perfection. The Prime Rib was awesome and I am not just saying that pictures will follow. They have a buffet 11am till 2 pm will review at a later time but Wow. Was surprised the Prime Rib was smoked to perfection. Server was awesome her name is Arianna fast supper friendly and attentive even when super Busy. We came in during the Wichita 2 mile car show but this place has the food out fast and staff were rocking it . Also had appetizer Fried cheese they were a little spicy but well worth the burn . Great food great staff fast service even when super busy. Would highly recommend B&C Barbeque and the server Arianna that thought were would leave a bad review LOL.

Highly recommend. Great staff and the food is hard to even scale. I got the Philly Mac and cheese with fresh jalapenos and the flavor was a 10. I had fries as a side but didn't touch them because that was just a waste of space. Lots of TVs playing lots of sports as well.

Hidden gem! If you haven’t been, you better get there! Best bbq I have had in Wichita. Get the burnt ends, outstanding! Service was great and atmosphere was Awesome too. Give this place a try, guarantee you will love it too.

I absolutely love going to B n C! Every time we have out of state family or friends visiting it’s always a must to dine here! The atmosphere is laid back, but very friendly. Especially, when you have Kris waiting on your table! She’s very kind, FUNNY, and very observant to the needs of the entire party! The food?!? WHOA! You have to go on Fridays for their Prime Rib dinner, or the BurntEnds or even the ribs! You can never go wrong when eating here.

I hadnt been here in years. Was surprised how much they improved the entire restaurant. Last time I was here was lunch buffet only and the interior was just a alot of tables and chairs where you basically sat picnic style with stangers.. now its an updated and modern bbq place. Really liked the vibe.
When we arrived at 630pm the hostess told us the wait would be about 30 to 40 minutes. We were sat at 28mins. Waitress was great and got drinks and order taken promptly. Food came out a bit slow but wasn't as bad as the waitress made it seem. She kept apologizing for the kitchen being backed up. We didn't mind at all as it was Friday night and nothing is ever fast any more.
Prime rib on Friday night was fantastic. The combo bbq plate very good with Spicy beans and mac & cheese. My wife and I shared both meals and had enough left over for our lunches the next day. Also enjoyed the apple mule from their specialty cocktail menu.
Over all a great dining experience. We will be sure to come back sooner.

Very cool, BBQ place! I had the brisket sandwich and I'll have to give it a 10 out of 10. The bark was unreal! Fries, on the other hand, were soggy and undercooked, but I wasn't there for the fries. Get a different side, and Im sure it will be fine.

Easy casual dining. They have a really good business model that allows them to serve a lot of people quickly. A large dining room with lots of seating ensures a spot to sit.
Oh, and the food is absolutely amazing. I enjoyed some pulled pork, brisket, Mac n cheese, baked beans and a salad. All of it was spectacular.

Ekkkk!!! Where do I start....

Ok so first of all the service was WONDERFUL! Shout out to Cindy and her sidekick who helped us every step of the way as this was our first time. Cindy was so sweet and helpful and did her best to answer all 178 questions we had lol and if she couldn't answer her buddy could.

As you can see from the pics we ordered some of EVERYTHING because we couldn't decided what we wanted.

Appetizers:
The Jumbo wings were so crispy and still juicy yummy... we asked for Seasoning on the side probably won't do that again the Seasoning will go on the wings.

The loaded potato wedges are to die for LITERALLY... the queso on the wedges yummmm if you haven't tried them make sure you do!

Husband's Entree: Brisket dinner with Mac & Cheese and fried okra and a side salad... the portions were nice the brisket was a tad dry but still amazing the fried okra was soooooo good too and if you haven't been their Mac and Cheese is to die for and he said the best thing he ate here was the pickle lol now mind you my husband LOVESSS pickles. Huge compliment coming from him.

Now to me...

I couldn't decided so I had the Mac and cheese with brisket on top and the French dip (no judgment zone) with pasta salad and okra! Like I said their Mac is BOMB but with the brisket on top its next level. Pasta salad was amazing and the French dip was too

On top of the food and the service being good the restaurant was clean and the bathrooms were spotless!! SHOUT OUT to whoever owns the place I have been in food service for 18+ years and I have to say this is what it looks like when someone loves what they do!

The food here was amazing! The fries were super salty but pulled pork and brisket were delicious! They have great ranch dressing too! Our waitress was great, very personable. Would definitely go again.

We came in around 4pm on Friday. We were promptly seated and waited on. Our server was fantastic! She explained the specials and was very helpful. Our dinners were excellent! Had plenty of leftovers and enjoyed those just as much.

What a great place! Was in town from Tennessee visiting my daughter. Everyone wanted barbecue, didn't know anything about business in Witchita, looked on line and found B&C. Very pleased! Burnt ends were fantastic! Garlic slaw was great. Thank you so much!
