Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Our party arrived later than we intended and off busy hours, we were greeted with smiles and service. We were promptly seated and members of our party who were later were escorted to the table to find us. Tina was wonderful in answering our questions and taking care of us with humor and kindness! John also came around to check on tables while we were there.

The facility was clean and well kept. Our food was very good and arrived shortly after we ordered.

We were in for my daughter’s birthday and seated in Derek F’s area (or so the receipt says). We were a table of 6 (my brother, mom, my kiddos and me). Olive Gardens are pretty consistently good. What made this trip better was the service. It was impeccable. Derek was patient and friendly (which I don’t always find from servers when I take my kiddos out). We didn’t have to ask for refills on drinks or bread. Food was hot and delicious. Everyone there seemed to work as a team, making sure drinks were filled and plates cleared. Excellent service!!!

We enjoyed our Sunday dinner today at Olive Garden. We were greeted at the front door, had little wait. K, our server was great. Our food was wonderful and the drinks were good. We had a nice relaxing dinner.

We had Jeng as a server, he was very prompt and flawless with his service, made sure we had all we needed and was all about making our experience the best it could be. We noticed he had some difficult customers come in after us that were very rude and just patronizing him over every little thing. But despite it all he kept a very professional attitude and performance. For him alone and how he handled everything we will continue to come back and ask for him if he is working! Make sure you back your employees that are above and beyond like he is!

We were pleasantly surprised with the taste of our dinner. The ravioli appetizer had a filling that was meaty. The endless salad soup and breadsticks on a rainy Monday was a nice end to the day. All the while, we were pleased with the Frozen Bellini and highly recommended. Service was quick and very kind.
***Update...12/28/23: slower service, but man, they are keeping food in order and everyone in family are pleased.

Had date night with the misses, was a wonderful experience. The bartender was our server, Hanna, she checked on us frequently. The service was great. The whole place was very clean. Atmosphere was nice, great food! Great time. Great flavor. We'll definitely return to this place.

I love Olive Garden So much! Our service and food was amazing and we didn’t have to wait long to get seated. The restaurant was very clean and our Waitress was really nice and helpful. I would recommend eating here for sure!

I've haven't been here for about 15 years. I'm very happy with the meal we eaten there. Great taste,great service, awesome decor. The last time it was not so good. This time, it was awesome. Like I said, big changes, and they really stepped up. Congrats to the management and the staff.

The Olive Garden on Rock Road has given us two fantastic experiences back to back. With an overflowing parking lot on Mother’s Day we parked next door and were blessed to get a table for six with a full lobby. Every host, manager and server all made us feel welcome and had everything we needed. Our server Malcom was so polite and respectful, he made sure he got everything we could need. He went above and beyond, thank you Malcom for your outstanding customer service and your genuine compassion towards your guests!! It really did make it a wonderful Mother’s Day!

Food and service was great. Really liked the setup in there as well. Good place to take the lady out to.

I go to this Olive garden when I visit the city. The people remember my face even after months of not seeing them.

The food is always good.

The price can be a little steep for me, but there are choices that are good but less expensive. The lunch spaghetti is always tasty and it comes with the amazibg salad and breadsticks!

Great food! Portion sizes are good. Prices are a little high but it's olive garden. There was plenty of seating. And the host and waitress was very pleasant. Food didn't take too long. There was unlimited salad and bread sticks. The eggplant parmesan was outstanding. I will recommend this location to my friends and family. Thank you for the great experience. Keep up the good work😁

We celebrated my wife's birthday at the Olive Garden and were not disappointed. Toni went above and beyond taking care of us even though she was very busy. The drinks we ordered were mixed perfect, not too weak or strong. Our dinners came out fast and tasted amazing. My wife's birthday dessert was awesome and we were treated with a sip of a perfectly paired wine. We had an incredibly great experience and highly recommend a visit!

Good food, easy to get on the wait-list if it's necessary. Friendly, good waiters. My one complaint is there are way too many parking spots for take out.

Online check-in worked great. It was mother's day, so they were very busy, but we didn't notice, they made it seem like any other Sunday. Seating was a breeze. Our server Malcom took great care of us and was very very friendly and polite.

My family and I just got done eating at this olive garden. The food was excellent and the service was absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. It was packed and still on top of their game. Will go back soon! Thank you all for your wonderful service!

My king and I enjoyed our dinner at Olive garden. We had a phenomenal server. I don't want to butcher his name but it started with the letter "T" the food was tasty, I will be 100% satisfied if they upgrade their breadsticks I'm not a fan. I feel that the customer service and the comfortable atmosphere makes up for the breadsticks.

Facility was clean. Staff polite and professional. John T. Santy, you have a great crew! The wait was short and the food was great. I had the chicken marsala fettuccine and I was only upset that I had not tried it sooner. Geneva O., thank you for your hospitality!

I told the waitress it was my birthday. She was very nice and helped me choose a wonderful wine. When the meal was done. She brought out my dessert with Happy Birthday written on my plate in syrup. Very helpful and was very kind.

The food was super delicious! Especially my birthday desert ! The Server CJ ( Christopher James ) was so courteous and attentive to serving me. He gave me excellent customer service! Young man needs a raise because it’s hard work to keep a customer happy. The chocolate dessert warmed my heart with it’s deliciousness!
