Courtyard by Marriott Wichita at Old Town

We recently stayed in the Rock Island Lounge suite over the weekends and enjoyed a nice friend group reunion/bachelorette/bachelor party. The lounge itself is absolutely stunning with plenty of room for the ladies to get ready, lay out a mimosa bar, a charcuterie buffet, play cards at the table, watch football, and just spend quality time together. The bedroom was spacious and pristine, perfect for our weekend stay. Breakfast downstairs at the buffet was DELICIOUS both mornings. The staff was wonderful as well, and very accommodating for all of us. We really appreciated the walkability to so many amazing Wichita staples. Great food and so much to do.

I picked the Courtyard Marriott because of its location downtown. We came to a concert at Intrust for my birthday and didn’t want to drive home that night. Which was a smart move because it was The Snoop Dogg concert and we don’t actually remember getting back to the hotel but we woke up there. I do want to add that we did not take anything but we were very close to the stage, so. The hotel was so clean and comfortable. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The hotel breakfast was wonderful and very tasty. It was really good that all we had to do was stumble downstairs. The rooms are a nice size and the shower is big enough for 2. The next day we went and did some sight seeing just walking around the area. We had a really great stay.

Awesome stay right in the heart of Wichita! Entertainment was close at hand and the staff was kind and helpful 10 out of 10...will definitely stay again.

This place is top knotch great rooms friendly staff and hosekeeping does an great job super clean.

Nicest Courtyard I’ve ever stayed at. Great location in Old Town. Breakfast was great but prices for breakfast varied every morning- had the same 3 days in a row. Friday night the hotel parking was used by non-hotel attendees for sports bar across street which limited parking in both hotel lots. Staff was excellent

Perfect location in old town Wichita! So many place within walking distance. 5 story courtyard with professional friendly staff. Make sure to get a parking pass if parking on the property. Room was clean and fresh when we checked in .

The staff was welcoming and helpful during my stay. The rooms were comfortable and fit my need for a couple nights business trip. The bonus on a comfy, familiar Marriott stay is the location. It's near downtown for work, but in the Old Town which has many restaurants, museums, and venues. I loved having easy access to business and pleasure. Definitely will stay there again soon!

I have encountered a few staff members at this property and it’s like 2 or 3 that I can say really value myself and the other families as guests at this hotel. I am giving this 5 stars because one staff member has some of the best customer service every time I come, and it’s good to know he is the front desk manager. I wish some of the other staff was like him attentive, welcoming and always available. “Devin till 11” you are the bomb and we definitely appreciate you for being the best at what you do!!!!!

This is an extremely nice hotel. The staff are very friendly. Very modern and welcoming environment. I typically don't have breakfast but decided to try it and I was very impressed. The food was fresh and the presentation was really nice. Chelle took amazing care of me. She was highly professional, hard working, and very friendly. Highly recommended.

Check in was simple and the staff were friendly. Our room was huge! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I literally laid down and fell asleep. The elevators were kind of slow, but that's the only knock I could find on the place. The location is amazing if you want to go out and experience the local nightlife.

I was treated wonderfully! What made my stay awesome was the staff! They were yelled at, cussed out and physically threatened by guest for mistakes that that said guest made! The Manager Devin handled himself a better than I would have. And the two ladies working the front desk were so sweet as they were being treated horribly by those guys! I will always stay here from now on! Good Job Courtyard Marriott!!!!

Yolanda was amazing 🤩 we were on the first leg of our trip and off the bat she made a huge connection with Joseph and myself. I noticed that she also connected with other guests as well. That connection makes a Huge difference and the personal interaction make a difference also. Even though we didn't have breakfast there on her first morning of hosting breakfast.. she did a wonderful job.

I think the Marriott here is your standard hotel, but the service here was by far the best customer service I have received from any Marriott. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful once I arrived and needed assistance. In fact, they don't even have room service, but when I asked about room service when I ordered the pizza, they said they weren't busy and delivered it anyway. Now, I did get charged a room service fee, although it seemed that they were just willing to help. Regardless, that is what I wanted and they made it happen. I would recommend staying here as it is close to restaurants and bars and the staff was great.

I stayed here for a work conference. The staff I met we're very friendly. They went out of their way to introduce themselves and to check on my satisfaction. I was only an attendee so there was no special benefit to them doing this. I was very satisfied with my stay, and the price I paid for my room. The Old Town area also has a lot to offer.

I was greeted by one of the sweetest most genuine people I have ever met upon check in. Vanessa was very nice and made me feel very special. She has great communication skills and is truly an asset to your hotel. The room is beautiful and I love the overall set up.

This is, by far, the best hotel I have ever stayed in. It's beautiful, quiet clean and the entire staff is amazing! There is one staff member I especially wanted to mention and that is the breakfast hostess Amber. She has the most beautiful personality, and she treats you like family. She's just a wonderful person all around.💕😍

This is a very nice upscale business-oriented hotel located in downtown Wichita. the place is absolutely Immaculate and spotless. Needed to visit some friends there during the recent car Festival and the front desk was very kind enough to give me a parking pass for their lot as I am disabled. Staff went over and above what was expected. I would recommend.

I travel to Wichita monthly and I always stay at this hotel! Devin in the evening is always so friendly and helpful. He goes above and beyond to make sure our stay is incredible! Nice sized clean rooms. Great entertainment surrounding this location.
