I cannot praise Scott enough for coming to my rescue when my car battery died. His willingness to help and positive attitude made the whole experience stress-free and pleasant. Scott not only jumped my car quickly and efficiently but also took the time to ensure everything was running smoothly before he left.

What truly sets Scott apart is his exceptional customer support. He was patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. His professionalism and dedication to helping others are truly commendable. He gave great hotel service and even recommended a few amazing places to eat.

I have a to give a big Thank you to Tammy G. She always go above and beyond for me and makes sure I have a good stay... very easy check- in and always a great nice place to stay. She is Amazing and by far the greatest customer service I have had at any hotel. I would also like to Thank Scott for helping us with the a/c in the evening. I didn't know that it froze but he fixed it within minutes. They bar far have been the best. Fixed any issues for me within minutes and to my expectations. Thank you guys so much! Definitely always recommend this hotel to everyone fells like a second home. Kudos 😁

The lady’s was really nice helpful they explain where is the room about de breakfast, about how room service works , they had a big smile , we rent 2 rooms and one with doble queen beds. And the second one with king size bed and sofa cama
We rent for one week the price was good , so we ask if they can give us the rooms nearby

My stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Wichita Downtown was a great stay. The room was nice and clean, the service was great, and the location was ideal. In addition the manager Nic Yoxall provided excellent help to identify an extra room where another individual from our group could stay at the hotel. He was super nice an helpful. The breakfast was also great. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Wichita.

A family member was at St Francis hospital, and I needed a place relatively close. We had stayed at this location, previously, and a family member booked it on a 3rd party app. When I got to the hotel, there was an issue with the booking. Tammy G. quickly got me checked in, at a better rate, and straightened out the issue with the booking app. When I discovered that I was without my suitcase, they gave me complimentary toiletries, and offered any assistance they could to help me. When I needed to extend my stay, LaKara efficiently took care of it. Scott assisted me with a last minute check out and cancellation of the remaining days of my reservation, when my family member was unexpectedly released from the hospital. Throughout my stay the staff were very friendly, concerned, and helpful and I couldn't say enough how much this meant to me.
The location is great, close proximity to downtown Wichita, Century II and Intrust Center. I enjoyed the well stocked breakfast buffet each morning. There are large meeting areas, where groups could gather. I didn't use the pool or fitness center, but it looks to be well equipped. The parking garage, while not attached, is right next to the hotel, and I was glad to have covered parking. I readily give this place 5 stars, I wish I could give the staff even more, they really went above and beyond what I was expecting. Thanks!

There is a very nice outdoor court that has a real fire pit. This facility has one of the best continental breakfasts that I have experienced. If you have an extended stay the house keeping is on point. The view is very nice after dusk when the towns lights come on. The bathroom was very spacious as well. This by far has to be one of the best motels I have stayed in. But be cautious with the mess you make I had take out and spilled my strawberry soda and used a hand towel to clean the mess. And was charged $10 on my card for the replacement for the hand towel. So knowing that I would be cautious with the provided items.

It's been a very long time since I had an opportunity to go anywhere out of town and I have to say Fairfield Inn in Downtown Wichita was outstanding. Not only were our Relative able to win the 141 lbs Wrestling title but we also enjoyed the Hotel Hospitality. We're planning on another trip next Summer. You are appreciated and Thank you very much.

Great hotel, friendly staff, very clean. Tammy at the front desk is an asset to the team! Not only did she help me, but while I ate breakfast, I could hear her being so friendly and kind to other guests.

Always a pleasure to stay here. From the moment you walk through the door you are greeted with smiling faces. The staff are always pleasant and willing to help. This is by far theee cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at and I am a frequent traveler. The rooms are immaculate and you couldn’t find dust on any surface with a magnifying glass! Breakfast is good, during my last 5 day stay each day was a little different which I appreciated. We didn’t get tired of the selection. My kids loved the pool and the laundry room came in handy after a long stay. Special thanks to the general manager Nick. He takes great care of the hotel and it shows. His staff truly enjoy working there and it shows in how they interact with the guest. Looking forward to staying again soon.

From check-in to check-out, our stay couldn’t have been more enjoyable! We were in town for the state track meet. From Dennis at the bar, to Scott and crew at the front desk, and to breakfast each morning, our stay was top-notch. We appreciated the helpfulness of ALL staff, & the cleanliness of the rooms was also greatly appreciated! Attention to detail is evident at this hotel. Management is getting the job done around here!

Actually very impressed by this hotel. The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. I'm very particular with cleanliness, and there wasn't anything of concern to me.

I would certainly recommend this hotel to a friend for a night's stay or two during a road trip or weekend outing in Wichita.

This was the best Fairfield Inn we have ever stayed in. Clean, updated, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Lots of choices at the breakfast buffet. We saw complaints from other travelers about the parking being in the garage next door. We were here during a thunderstorm storm and very glad to have that free covered parking. There is a side door on the hotel that is only steps away from the garage. Also ample loading zone in front of hotel. A few blocks down the street the downtown hotels don’t even have onsite parking. It was a great stay and we will definitely be back!

My family and I stayed here for the weekend because my daughter had a dance competition. (Synergy dance competition) The hotel is very nice, staff was kind, breakfast was great, and I loved the outside fireplace. The room was nice, clean, and cozy. We had to ask for more towels. With a family of 4, I think there should be extra towels and rags in the room. Also, the trash cans should definitely be bigger. Those small trash cans are horrible, and they’re just too small for trash whenever we order food. The only other thing that I didn’t like was parking on the 2nd floor in the garage. We were told that we can only park on the 2nd floor and up. I don’t like walking to my car in those garages when it’s dark. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’ll definitely stay here again.

My wedding was 11/05/2022 & we were able to do room blocks for friends & family that were traveling from out of town. I talked to Amy about reservations & she accommodated to my needs as a very stressed bride! I discovered the venue was not open until noon for us, so I needed to find somewhere to get my bridesmaids ready. Amy was able to find me a large suite just days before the wedding! I was very impressed with how nice staff were. The room was very clean, the bed super comfy, & we had a lot of room. They made my wedding day less stressful.

This past month has been a lot for our family. A few weeks ago my kiddo was admitted into the Childrens Hospital and we had to find a hotel in such short notice. The night staff, especially Tammy, was wonderful and very patient with me late that night getting a room booked for my family and I. Each night when we returned to the hotel she was very warm and worked with us to extend each night. When we were finally able to go home I couldn’t express my gratitude enough for their hospitality. We went back to the hotel this past weekend for a check up for our kiddo and I was very happy to see that Tammy was the one checking in our family. Tammy and her other coworker from the time we stayed there for almost a week were very caring, warm, & welcoming. The rooms were very clean and everything was amazing for us. Thank you all for making things a little easier for us in a time of need.

I went to Wichita with a friend for a family visit and the hotel I had stayed in previously was full so this was our second choice. It was a great choice! We will definitely stay again. It was very clean. All the staff were great. Especially the young man that checked us in. He is an excellent asset to their team! He was very kind and welcoming and explained everything well. I did not catch his name unfortunately. The pool was nice but a little cool. We were crowded out in the pool by a group of people but that's not the hotels fault. All the hotels were pretty full including this one. We loved the courtyard. It was very nice to sit out there at night. We didn't get to see the fire pit on but maybe we will catch it sometime when we go back . They have a bar but we didn't make use of it so I can't comment on it. The water area was nice to check out.. we'll have to remember to bring food for the fish next time we come. The only real drawback is the parking garage. But it's right next to the hotel so not far. And there are cameras everywhere in there. We felt pretty safe. Overall really enjoyed the stay and we'll definitely be back.

We didn't actually stay here, but their staff helped us out during a situation. They were sold out, and were kind enough to really take the time to help us not find JUST a hotel room, but one that would accommodate all of our needs, including our son that is Autistic. It was getting pretty late, it was a Saturday night, I was super stressed, and the young man really helped out! It was amazing! Both his Manager and his Mother should be proud!! I'll definitely attempt to stay here!

Loved this place! The front desk was quick to make provisions for my family when needed. The manager was second to none that I have ever dealt with! His hospitality within the hotel and recommendations for our time outside of the hotel were terrific. We enjoyed the relaxing vibe of the room and the beds were very comfortable. The kids had a blast in the pool and the workout facility was spacious and well thought-out with a variety of options to get a sweat going. The front desk said they had a hot option for breakfast on request and Daisy sure didn't disappoint with the bacon and eggs she prepared for the whole family. The staff have made this Fairfield an easy decision for the next time we need to stay in the Wichita area!

Hey, I have been to this hotel many years . And i just wanted to send love to the staff at front desk to the bartender who is amazing and housekeeping who nails it eveeyday
I cant wait to see everyone again
