I had an incredibly satisfying stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Wichita Downtown. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The building itself was immaculate and maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout. I also felt very safe during my stay, which is always a top priority. One of the highlights was the amazing pool that overlooks the edge of the building—truly a unique experience! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wichita.

Elisabeth (front desk) and Anllero (barman) made great first impressions with formal and helpful service! The room was clean, quiet, comfortable, and stylish. Wifi worked well. The public spaces in this hotel (elevator lobbies, main lobby, bar area, pool area, etc.) are lavishly decorated with expensive materials. I ate breakfast at the adjacent Starbucks each morning.

I just had a recent stay here and I enjoyed it. The bed was comfortable and it was mostly quiet. The only thing that disturbed me was people hot-rodding down the street at 1 in the morning. What is with that? I know the hotel can't do anything about that.
The breakfast was good, too.

The staff was amazing to our large group of athletes. The room was spacious, clean and had many extras for comfort. The on site bear and restaurant was great. Having Starbucks connected by a walk way from the hotel was convenient. My only caution is that there is a decent homeless population. We didn't have issues, but many were in Starbucks warming up and resting. Doors and security of the hotel at night was great.

Good parking. Decent sized rooms. Facility was clean. Elevator certificate was expired! Had to pay additional for breakfast, which for what it was seemed to me not worth it.

Nice and cozy place to spend some relaxing time near to all kinds of business and activities in the heart of Wichita.
The restaurant service was the best with Brenda the waitress, taking care of everything.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and has the cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen! Staff was professional and polite. However, I chose it because it is "pet-friendly." Maybe this is new for them; I don't know. But if I have to take my dog several miles just to find a patch of grass for her to pee on, then it is not dog-friendly. Maybe you should specify cat-friendly only. Also, if there was a way to order room service, we couldn't figure it out. Didn't seem to have access to a menu while in our room. Thanks for the great stay!

This Hilton location went above and beyond to serve us while our organization held a conference at their establishment. All the staff were incredibly professional and kind, even when we had multiple questions and needed help with a lot of our setup. They never once treated us like we were a bother, but instead like honored guests. Kept the place clean and neat. The ballroom is a great setup for a quiet conference, tucked away from the business of the hotel. If you are not sure if you should rent the 401 and/or the vault with your ballroom rental, do it. The 401 connects to the ballroom and the door can be propped open and used as a great place for children to play/color, etc. with someone in there to supervise, and is ideal for vendor tables. The vault was really helpful to have a place to store extra personal gear for the speakers/staff, as well as a great meeting area. 10/10 would recommend this place for your next event!

Had a really great experience at this hotel. It is pretty dang budget friendly for where it's located. The room was perfect. Parking was a little bit of a challenge. But in the end, it served its purpose as a place to lay my head after a long day of driving. I think this is a great location as well if you're looking to explore some of the cool things the downtown Wichita has to offer.

Overall great experience!
Check-in: There is a small drive to the east between the hotel and the other buildings. It can hold about 2/3 cars if they don't park in the middle. Checking in was quick and easy.

Parking: there's off-street parking which isn't too hard to find, just depends on the time of day you're trying to park and how close you want to be (if you care about parking across the street, down the block, etc.) There is a parking garage behind the hotel with an entrance on the west side of the entire block, not just the hotel. While the website and other reviews say that it cost $10 to park in the garage, I validated the parking ticket with the front desk and wasn't charged for parking.

Rooms: Clean, good size, everything thing else was great. Sometimes there was an occasional car car racing up and down the street that was loud but if you're not a super light sleeper it shouldn't be a big issue.

5 stars have stayed here 3 times now it’s our go to when in Wichita. Beds are comfortable rooms have been clean the staff has been friendly. Will say they now charge $10 to park in the parking garage but not a deal breaker for us. It can be noisy at night from the car’s driving by on the main road so if you’re a light sleeper ask for a room away from the front of the hotel.

We loved our stay at this hotel! Super convenient and within a couple blocks walking distance to the Intrust Bank Arena. Parking Garage was only $10 a day, and it gave us direct access to the hotel. Nice, friendly staff and very clean and nice rooms. Will definitely stay here again. Here for the Lauren Daigle concert! AMAZING!

I loved how spacious the room was. They managed the set up well. You get a place to workand relax. The mini fridge alows for meal, snacks. Coffee pot used kcups. Unfortunately you only get 2 regular. Outside was a little fenced area with chairs and table,to enjoy the air. Inside, each floor has a sitting area. The showers were wonderful big. Starbucks was attached to main lobby. This was a plus! The decor was lovely. All together a pleasant stay.

We will definitely stay here again when we are in Wichita. The property was clean, new, and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious and they had awesome drinks. Even the Starbucks was amazing. I love that it is close to many Old Town services and is in a walkable location. It is also a pet friendly hotel and we brought our dog!

Came for a wedding and a 5-day vacation and we loved every day. The staff is professional, courteous and will do all they can to make sure you enjoy your stay. Location is downtown 5 to 10 mins from everything. No free breakfast but coffee (mornings) was free (water free anytime). Plenty of great restaurants and sights to see. If you like to walk, this location is choice! Parking is a small challenge but can be found close by unless you chose to park in the ajacent garage for $10/day (should be free) in my opinion.

The staff was professional, kind and went out of their way to make every part of our stay memorable. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was positive. The bartenders, food service crew, front desk, and even the maid in the hall smiled, said thanks for staying or did something to help us. It's been a long time since I've been somewhere, not just hotels, that had customer service that good and out together like a well -oiled machine. We even received a text with a name within 20 min of checking in asking if everything was to our satisfaction and if we needed anything. All of that coupled, with the Old Town location for shopping and food, Century II and Intrust Arena nearby makes this a great stay for the value. Highly recommended!

Extremely clean and comfortable. Very modern. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Nicely located downtown, with plenty of free parking. Decent selection of restaurants nearby, and good recommendations from the front desk (we LOVED dinner.) Fairly standard for this level of hotel, but a very nice example of it as well. The hotel restaurant had recently re-opened, and was temporarily offering free full breakfast. We ordered off a paper menu from our room, and then emailed the order to the front desk. Got hot fresh food just moments after we sat down. Very good, and easily as good as any IHOP or Denny's. For once I wouldn't have had any problem choosing that as our main breakfast option (we usually skip the blah breakfast bars and just grab food in town.) Also had a generous check-out time of noon. Our particular room didn't have much of a view from the window (parking garage), but there were some halfway decent views of the city from the top of the parking garage. Great little spot, would absolutely return.
