Hyatt Regency Wichita

They are in the middle of a remodel so I can’t wait to see what the rooms look like in the future but it was still great! Outside of the room everything looked amazing. Very classy feel to the place. Also, I really liked the security of the place. You use the key card for all sorts of things but it just made me feel good about how they focus on security.

I was beyond blown away by my experience at the Hyatt Regency downtown. The service was amazing, our room was very nice, and the restaurant on the first floor had great food. Furthermore, the coffee shop is nice, and the kind lady at the register greeted us instantly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel in Wichita!

Wonderful experience, hotel is beautiful and clean. Located in a nice area. The service was fantastic, I had an issue with a missing expense receipt and this team went above and beyond to provide me with a copy. I believe Jason and Charity were the two individuals helping me. Would recommend for sure!

Rooms could use a refresh but they are clean and comfortable. Love location alongside the river for morning jogs. Service is very good especially from housekeeping and restaurant staff (Vicky at breakfast superb!). Speaking of breakfast, pretty fantastic. The buffet was better than at some fancy hotels I’ve been to.

Nice Hotel with spacious room. Room has mini fridge, Cupboard, TV, iron machine and bathroom with bath tub.
The hotel also has a swimming pool, ATM and fitness centre.
The hotel is located on the bank of the river and the other side of the river is the baseball stadium.

Hotel right on the Arkansas river. Close to everything downtown. Food and bar really good. Rooms very clean and modern. Inside pool very warm. Have a coffee in the morning and sit outside overlooking the river.

Overall excellent. Wished I was there for a week. Greated at the front by Kat who made me feel like the only guest they had...awesome!

Andrea at the bar selected my meal..I took all her recommendations. I had the burger..excellent.

We are rewards members and always stay at the Hyatt. We love everything about this place. They are remodeling at the moment, and our room this time definitely needed it. The lap shade was dirty and stained, and it looked like someone peed on the wall!!! The service is always impeccable, and the breakfast buffet is amazing!!!

I attended the School Nurse Conference here. Since I live locally I didn't stay at the hotel, but the conference experience was nice. The breakfast and lunch (vegetarian options) were good.

Great view and service. The hot tub is nice, but small, FYI. The restaurant on site is good and has gluten free pizza. They offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport and also anywhere within 2 miles of the hotel (awesome perk). You are able to walk to some other restaurants/bars just takes a little more time.
There is a parking garage for $12 a night, however I will never understand why hotels won't cover the parking for guests.

When we arrived for our weekend conference, at first our room key didn't work so they moved us to another room. The second room ended up being a little unclean and happened to have a few ants show up that we had to kill. We went and spoke with Nina at the front desk and she was the most amazing person! She was so apologetic and wanted to accommodate us the absolute best way she could. She ended up giving us an upgraded room with a great river view and they left us a handwritten apology note with free beverage vouchers. They even left us a sweet charcuterie with nuts, berries, cheese and crackers and gave us drinks, snacks, and candy. Nina was so wonderful to us and we are so thankful for her!

Great price for overnight stay.The pool is perfect for swimming. You could see the baseball stadium, where we watched fireworks. The hotel looks wonderful. But i you could snoring through the walls from next door. Didn't sleep well. But I will stay again in the future

Great location when in Witchita. Very friendly staff. Clean and up to date rooms. The restaurant was fantastic highly recommend if your looking to dine in at the hotel.

I travel frequently for business, and this staff's service really stands out. While you may not normally head to the hotel's bar for dinner, don't miss the food here! I ordered the lamb chops with green beans and wild rice ---- simple, perfectly prepared, and delicious. Looking forward to my next stay.

The location is great for events downtown, like @ Century II. Real nice staff and the place is great for meetings, conferences and gala type events. The dining here is still among the better options in Wichita if you like the finer cuisine.

This place is beautiful. I stayed one night and they had some kind of Heartland Ball or whatever that same night. I booked the King Corner room with the nice view of the city and water. Ladies at the front desk were friendly. Female at the coffee shop or whatever was extremely nice and very welcoming.

Room: Had a tv, king bed sofa that can turn into a bed, table, chair, safe, small fridge, closet, bottled water, coffee maker and pods.
Bathroom: Has a walk in shower, sink, toilet, and all toiletries. Sink works normally but drain needed to be cleaned (water was draining extremely slow).

After checking in, my wife and I walked around to check the place out, the hotel had a touch screen sort of information thing on the wall next to one of the entrances near the parking garage. One of the male workers asked us if we needed help…I replied yes we are trying to find the pool. The employee replied, are you staying here? I didn’t like his response because it didn’t make us feel welcomed anymore. Make me feel like we were being discriminated. Maybe it’s because of my cargo pants and hoodie I was wearing…idk. It doesn’t match how classy the hotel is? Why in the hell would I ask if I didn’t stay there. Anyways, I said, yes, we just checked in and are looking around. He then said, I believe it’s closed and we can ask the front desk for more info.

Overall, it was a great experience and great view. Breakfast buffet was awesome. So much options to choose from…eggs, bacon, pancakes, French toast, etc. The female at the we call it coffee shop was the most welcoming and professional of them all. Others were nice also but she was the one that stood out for us. I would definitely come again.

Oh my gosh so beautiful my friend is staying here and the beds are so comfortable. If you have the money this is a place to stay hands down. Right next to all of the river where you can go walking,
