Excellent place to stay!

The Hotel is beautiful and we will definitely stay there again!
Our Suite was lovely, spacious, clean and very very comfortable.

The stuff was super helpful and accommodating.

The only thing which could be better is the service during breakfast.
The food was delicious but the service was quite bad.
It took quite long to order or to pay. So you need time if you want to have breakfast in the hotel.

This is my favorite BonVoy hotel in Wichita. I always try to stay here. It’s a great location the rooms are restfully decorated and extremely comfortable. The staff is really great. Particularly the valet staff. Steven, Jesse, and Charley.

Danelle at the front desk made our stay in Wichita wonderful and relaxing. She was so helpful as well as warm and friendly. we travel a lot and she stood out as one of the best hotel employees we have met. I hope she will go far in hospitality! The room that she picked out for us was spacious, and quiet. Just what we needed. Thank you Danelle.

This hotel was fantastic. The room was beautiful and very spacious. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly. Room service was very prompt and the food was delicious. Dockum was unique and a fun time. We brought our 2 huskies with us and everything was perfect. The only downside was that there wasn't any potty area for them. But there was a grassy area about a block away. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Great downtown location and free shuttle to take you around town and to the airport. Everyone from the front desk, the wait staff at Siena the restaurant, the shuttle driver and housekeeping were extremely pleasant. Only thing I missed was a fridge in the room. Great experience overall, though.

The Ambassador is beautiful hotel. From the lobby to the rooms it’s luxurious. It just would have been nice to have a microwave and refrigerator.

Location is great if you've got stuff to do downtown!

Centrally located yet there isn't much convenience around if you're looking for that (CVS, Target, etc)

Walking distance to Natzger Park and the Depot -- plus short rides to East Wichita or Derby. Trevin was friendly and helpful when we arrived. Joel, Tanya, and Bree were great at the bar inside. The speakeasy downstairs has a great vibe (reservations recommended) but service is slower than normal for a small place. Friendly people all around.

Updating my review and stars to 5 because we left our phone charger in the room. They mailed it back to us as a courtesy instead of charging us $38 for shipping through a 3rd party. Top notch customer service. Thanks Bonnie!!

Beautiful hotel, with large rooms, wonderful staff, excellent bar. Only thing I did not try was the restaurant, but the food coming out loom delicious.

Cool little classy hotel. With just about everything in the city within 10-15 minutes by car, and many restaurants within 5-10 minutes by walking. Love it's unique style and atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend.

In the city of Wichita, finding luxury can be a little bit difficult. The Ambassador hotel is both luxurious, well located, and staffed with the upmost amazing people.

When I arrived Saturday afternoon, every single one of the front desk, staff were welcoming, and the valet attendant was an absolute gentleman.

Before I arrived, I called to see if we could have a room where it would be a nice view for watching it snow as the forecast was not looking great. Bonnie, the manager, went above and beyond. Actually, above and beyond feels like an understatement for what she did to give us a romantic night at the Ambassador. She has created a loyal Ambassador guest for years to come. The entire staff was just absolutely wonderful.

I was also surprised to learn there is a speakeasy in the basement of the hotel, as well as a great steakhouse. Truly, a one-stop destination that was perfect for a weekend where bad weather had closed several establishments in the surrounding area.

Also worth noting. The Valet just wasn’t nice, he went above and beyond to scoop the snow as it was falling. I regret not tipping more after seeing all the work he is doing. I also regret not getting his name because he was so sweet. I know he’s a grandpa, so I hope this gets to him and it’s noted that he went above and beyond.

Other important notes to make for those curious. There was a parking garage across the alleyway from the hotel. It appeared to be safe and secure. Valet is only seven dollars more so it’s worth taking advantage of this.
Great location for walking to nearby bars, and restaurants.

Room service food was delicious, I always appreciate being able to order the night before and set a time for delivery. Always makes things easier. Avocado toast and eggs Benedict were fantastic!!

Speakeasy was great, I regret not getting more pictures. The ambience was very intimate and romantic. I would maybe suggest another set of cozy lounge chairs, and a few less high tops.
I was a little bit surprised the old fashions were over $20, I usually see them for $13-18, and they was a bit too much syrup for someone who drinks a lot of old fashions. But still good nonetheless. Highly recommend setting time aside to stop in!!

Really good service and room, location is downtown which is not the best now a days.... really good food and drinks, but pricy.

2nd time staying here & it was amazing again! Staff is friendly, professional & attentive. Rooms are clean, well appointed & comfortable. We travel country between IL & AZ with our dogs & this is a welcome respite. Love the dog friendly lounge & patio! Good & drinks very good. Only regret...we have yet too check out the Speakeasy!

I booked at this hotel because it's a couple blocks from a friends apartment and it said Dog Friendly. Its was better than I expected. The staff was wonderful. It was easy to park, have food delivered to, and it was very clean. My dog has been to 47 states and has stayed in over 200 hotels. This was probably the nicest hotel he's been to.

We had a great experience staying at Ambassador hotel in Wichita Kansas. The moment we stepped in the hotel we were greeted with smile. The front desk lady was super friendly, sweet, and courteous. We were tired from hours of driving but she made the whole check in process quick & easy. In addition, there were cookies by the fireplace for the guests to eat! The hotel is very pretty and elegant.
The room we stayed at was roomy and nice. Shower water flow was great as well. One exception, I think the beds are not the best compare to other hotels we stayed at like the IHG or Hilton ones. Breakfast at the restaurant was awesome as well. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to be closer to downtown Wichita.

If you’re going to be in Wichita the Ambassador is where you have to stay.

Excellent... We stay there every time we come to Wichita to visit. My great-grandfather used to have an office in that building.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff! I really enjoyed the classic luxury decor and found the bed decently comfortable. As someone traveling for work, I appreciated the desk set up and convenient plugs.
It was close enough to downtown that I was able to walk to various restaurants and that was nice! Also, it's close to the highway for easy navigating around Wichita.
