Best Western Plus Eastgate Inn & Suites

Very impressed with the accommodations provided by this hotel. Room was clean with no issues. A lot of places to eat in the area and a lot of shopping close too.
The breakfast was great for the price, was included in the room purchase.
The morning desk gal was very friendly and had some interesting facts about the area.
Yes we would stay again.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, smells clean from the moment you walk in the front doors. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool is clean and a good size. Coffee machine is REALLY good!!! Would definitely recommend! And would stay here again!

Was greeted upon arrival. Check-in was quick. Facility and rooms were clean. Plumbing was a bit noisy (abutting or overhead - not certain).

First off, I just wanted to thank Jan at the continental breakfast. The food was delicious, and she was so friendly & welcoming. It really made my morning just for someone to be so kind.

Second, the room I stayed in was extremely clean, and I booked a pet-friendly room too! I wouldn’t have even known a difference honestly. I got a great nights sleep and I’m ready to tackle my long drive home.

This location has everything you would want or need in lodging. Great comfy beds, plenty of towels, lots of USB ports. Good location. Nice hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, waffles, and more. Great signage regarding pool towels, breakfast, and room items. I'd definitely stay here again if in the area

Enjoyed a one-night visit at this clean hotel. The price was really affordable and the staff was very helpful/friendly. Breakfast was so good, residents from across the street at Motel 6, were trying to crash the place for free food. (Apparently, this is more common than I thought). People, just stay at this hotel so you don't have to steal breakfast from another. It's a no-brainer!

The hotel was à nice place to stay the service was top notch. Everyone was helpful and kind.

Overall it was ok I'd stay there again. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The only complaint I had was the service. Our TV was out and they were basically just like oh well play with the wires no one can fix it since our maintenance guy isn't here. Not a big deal but a little annoying.

Absolutely AMAZING!! Our check in clerk was super super sweet. We had been traveling for 12 hours and couldn’t find a place to stay. Stumbled across this one and it was awesome. Very clean room. Cooled quickly! Friendly staff. And good breakfast.

Amazing Hotel! THE BEST of the BEST WESTERN PLUS hotels I stayed at. Clean, everything worked, nice pool, operated by very courteous and friendly people. Ms. Judy at front desk is very knowledgeable. WATER in the sink and shower is GREAT - not hard and not soft, easy to wash off soap, leaves skin feeling CLEAN. Definitely will come back here.

Surprisingly phenomenal place to sleep. Bed was extremely comfortable. Quiet rooms, indoor pool, free breakfast. Wish I could have stayed here a few extra nights. Close to a lot of great food spots.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable! The hotel is in a good location as well. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and recommended some restaurants around. There is a pool and fitness room. My brothers and I enjoyed the pool and my brother also has no complaints about the fitness room.

Traveling through during COVID, the staff was friendly and followed the cleaning standards from what I could see. They were safe, friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The room was clean and stocked. With the exception of the laminate paper in the room that had the guest info. I noticed it had some old food on it, but just cleaned it off. I normally wipe down things anyways, so, that may have upset others given the times. That's the only complaint I can make. The stay was quite and comfortable.

This was the best hotel of our entire vacation. All of the staff was so kind and helpful. Great location and rooms. Breakfast was good. Nice washer and dryer that customers can use. Would highly recommend this hotel!

From fast and efficient check-in to a full hot breakfast* this was a great stay. The room was very clean and good-sized, and the entire property was extremely well-maintained.

The grass area along the road next to this hotel and two others is absolutely luxurious, which was great for walking our dog. (And please pick up after your dogs, folks. There is a can for poop bags along that grass area).

*Chafing dishes with potatoes, two kinds of sausage, and scrambled eggs. Waffle maker. Muffins, bread for toasting, yogurt, cereals, fruit, coffee.

So impressed with this hotel! The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and the bed was so comfortable. We got a great night's sleep - the best ever in a hotel, actually. The gentleman at the front desk offered to move our room to the back of the hotel so we'd have less noise in the morning. Also, the breakfast was great! Would definitely recommend and will be staying there again when we pass through Wichita!

Stayed the night of August 12/13. The gal at check in (around 845PM) was especially friendly, organized, and informative about the hotel. The king room was very clean and modernly furnished. The shower had great pressure, the head was placed at a great height (i'm quite tall). The drain ran slowly would be my only issue. Breakfast was typical hot breakfast fare: eggs, potatoes, sausage, etc. Not bad!

Just checked out had a lil staycation for a night. I had got the 1 king bedroom and the room was really nice and the bed was amazing i got some really good sleep. I enjoyed the breakfast setup and staff was really nice helping me out. The only issue i had was the room smelled like water but it could be because my room was across from the pool but it didn't make my stay worse. I wanna say thank you to Judy and the guy who had like the long skater boy hair (I'm sorry i don't remember his name) but they provided really great service

I only stayed one night at best western, but it was one of the nicest stays I've had. The hotel was clean, professional, and the front desk rep (kim?) was so sweet and friendly. They provided a pack and play for my toddler, breakfast was hot with many options, and their amenities make staying longer very easy. I'm glad to now be a best western rewards member, and can't wait to stay again.
