Hampton Inn by Hilton Wichita Northwest

The hotel is in the good part of town, close to everything and in a high end quiet and safe neighborhood. Hotel is very well maintained and everything is very modern as well as premium. It has probably the fanciest lobby I’ve ever seen in a Hilton. Nice large rooms as well as bathroom. The only con was that it took the front desk quite a few min to come to the desk and check us in but everything else absolutely did the trick for me. The rate was very good as well.

Room size was great but the bathroom isn't as wheelchair friendly as we would like for an electric wheelchair. Plus people parking in the handicap spots w/o a disabled plaque/license plate made it hard for us to load and unload.

Best included breakfast I've ever had at a hotel! Most kinda throw some stuff out there, you could tell the person in charge cared about everything about the breakfast and it sure did show, everything was great and the food area was immaculately clean! Kudos you deserved it! I'm hard to please!

Is my first time staying at this particular Hampton inn. It's rather new and had lovely rooms with modern fixtures and accents with a lot of chrome and modern look to its furniture, etc.. The breakfast was great and the bed was perfect to give me a fine sleep.

I made a reservation at what I thought was the Northeast Hampton but actually it was the Northwest location. I was very glad I got the location wrong. While checking in, Seth was very helpful and had us checked in within minutes. The room was extremely Clean and Fresh. Hats of to housekeeping and management. If you are in need of a room...you can't go wrong by staying here.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review for a hotel within five minutes of getting to the hotel. Earlier, I had called the front desk were young man named Seth answered the phone. Not only was he polite and helpful with my questions in my room request when I arrived at the hotel he was very personable and greeted me with a smile.
I had mentioned to Seth on the phone that I needed a couple of extra pillows. He said to remind him when I got in, and he would gladly get them for me. Which of course I forgot to ask him and remembered when I got to my room. To my surprise, there were two extra pillows already in the room! That is above and beyond good service and I just want to say that not only was the room sparkling clean and very comfortable, which is what I’ve come to expect from the Hilton brand; Seth should be given extra kudos for making sure the customer was taken care of even when she forgot. :)

Room is good, bed is nice, bathroom has shampoo, body gel and lotion. Service is good, breakfast is great. Location is space. Sam's Club and Target are 2 blocks away.

Nice hotel! Has a decent fitness room and a small but nice pool. Towels at the pool. The host was friendly. Concessions area and a continental breakfast. Room are nice and spacious and there is a neat walking trail around a pond in the back.

The room was clean, modern and spacious. Had a newer flat screen Samsung TV. King size bed and a nice large bathroom with walk in shower. They have an indoor pool as well as a workout room. Both very clean and updated. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were very friendly. The full breakfast was very good. My only complaint was they were out of orange and apple juice and the eggs could have been fresher but overall they had a nice selection of breakfast items. Their breakfast is also open until 10 am which is nice. It's located within walking distance of a QuikTrip, a Super Target, a Hobby Lobby, and a Sam's Club. Also within close driving distance of a mall and a bunch of other stores. We will be staying here when we come back.

The view wasn’t that great for the water view. They had upgraded me to the water view room because I wanted to let go of an accessible room they auto assigned me. They said it was going to be the same cost but I was charged the difference. HQ refunded me the difference.

I shared my experience but if I’m in Wichita again, this will be where I’ll stay.

Super clean and beds were so comfortable!

The room and hotel were clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast options. Good location close to a theatre and shopping. If you've had good experiences at Hampton Inn before this one will not disappoint.

Great staff! The hotels are clean, the rooms are very nice, and the services / amenities are plentiful. The breakfast selection is limited, but we are in the midst of a pandemic.

I stay in Hampton Inn’s often, but this is definitely one of my favorites. I love their lotion. Most properties have stopped putting lotion in the rooms, but this one hasn’t 😀.

There’s a very nice fitness center and the location is fantastic and within walking distance from every restaurant you could imagine, as well as, shopping. Highly recommend!! There’s a mini store near front desk with some snacks & essentials.

Stayed here as a birthday getaway and had a great time! Our bed was comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was well-stocked and tasty as well.

Full disclosure: This is a fairly new hotel, but, very nice room. Comfortable bed and nice staff at a decent price.

The hotel is located in the ideal location for shopping, eating and walking around leisurely. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. The staffs is exceptional nice and friendly.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights. We were in town visiting family. Very nice place. Rooms very clean pool was awesome and breakfast was the best. Great staff and overall lovely stay...Will book again when in town.

It was a very nice hotel. It was a bit cold in the hallways and common areas. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Towels were below par and gave very little toiletries. The breakfast was good as well. Over all a good visit and would return.

This is most definitely the place to stay if your in the area. Breakfast was really good. The staff AAA+, Rooms very comfortable & clean. There's a great walking path around the Hampton Inn. Just a really pleasant place to stay

The experience of this hotel makes one ponder on past motel escapades, inn excitement and other hotel-involved expeditions. To put it bluntly my stay was splendid. The room I received was tidy and in order. The staff was helpful and hospitable, and I especially appreciated the older gentleman responsible for the supervision of the breakfast line, he worked with a great gusto and keen eyes when it came to the guests' empty plates. Would I return in the future? Most definitely.
