Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wichita Airport, an IHG Hotel

Wonderful place but the breakfast can be not so edible, especially the potatoes. The selection was good. The pool was nice but the hot tub didn't have jets turned on. So it's just like sitting in warmish water. No atm for change to do laundry. That would help a lot.

We stayed here last week. The room was great, clean. I got lots more towels. I could not decide which I wanted to steal more, the pillows or the shower. I loved the water pressure. The pillows are an IHG brand and I loved these pillows so I am on the hunt for this type of pillow.
The employees were really nice. They sent a fax for me, they found my scarf and it was returned to me, the express breakfast was great.
I really like HI Express.
Pool looked odd, it may have been saltwater. It was small.
And my remote to my TV needed batteries but those were my only niggling complaints.
They had a work business center with a printer and WIFI.
We enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Our company books me in at this location when traveling to Wichita. I have never had bad service. Thanks to Paula, Scott, Mya and the team. Everyone is great. Breakfasts are the best. Rooms are very clean and service perfect.

Was a great 1 night stay during a road trip cross country. Room was clean, staff friendly, and breakfast was really great! We will plan for this to be our stop each time we take this cross country trip to visit family.

Better than my last holiday inn from Syracuse New York earlier last week. The shower had a slow drain but it was the best I’ve had in a while. The hotel was very nice and quiet.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Clean rooms and bathroom. Area is a little sketchy. Will use this location again.

Overall, this was a lovely room and stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

It was easy to find, and the room was great (we did a king suite - very nice!).

One caveat; if you are a light sleeper, the a/c was SO loud. And when it was off, there were storms that were keeping me up (though they have no control over that. Ha!). I didn't sleep a wink, unfortunately.

But honestly, other than that, it was really great. We'd stay here again if in the area.

Was a good, clean hotel, but the real reason for the review… the continental breakfast… my 11 year old loves hitting these at every hotel, we went down at 8 AM on a Sunday and the place was completely full. The lady working, Kelsey, was running around, making sure everything was full, cleaning everything, and checking on all of the guests. Greeting them, telling them goodbye when they left, and staying on top of everything. It was so nice to see someone working who doesn’t act like they hate their job! Good job Kelsey!

The check in was quick and easy. My room was better than expected. Everyone was incredibly nice. Breakfast and pool hours were awesome. I'm very happy with my stay. I will be going back for sure.

I very much enjoyed my stay. However, there's something weird about room 205. The floor seem to vibrate. So much so that it made the refrigerator and the microwave rattle all night long. The next morning upon check out the maintenance man and the receptionist seemed to already know about that problem. So why put people in that room?

Always so clean, friendly, great breakfast, only down fall is pool needs to be warmer and jets in hot tub need to be all in working order and sign where to turn on jets

After being on the road ALL day, driving from Colorado, this hotel was perfect for us! We were a late check in, and the hotel staff greeted us warmly! The room was very generous, with a WONDERFUL king size bed (Swoon) and a very nice bathroom! We didn't have time to take advantage of the breakfast, but the hotel lobby area was very clean and bright! A great place to stay near the airport or on your journey!

We just booked a room and haven't slept here yet but I'm already so impressed and so grateful.My son is here in Wichita in the hospital and we needed a place to sleep and shower.The front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating....he let us check in early and even gave us a discount.The lady cleaning rooms was so nice. The room is large, clean and well stocked.

Our program traveled to Wichita for a tournament and stayed at the Holiday Inn. We had over 30 rooms for players, coaches, staff, and parents. The staff was amazing - Marlena, Tamiya, Tesla ensured all our rooms were ready at check-in, were responsive to requests, and made the entire trip smooth and enjoyable.

Convenient location to airport. Paula at the front desk is amazing! She is so personable and helpful. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean. Not much more I could ask for on a business trip!

Great place to stay. The people at the front desk are amazing. Beds are by far the most comfortable of any hotel. Housekeeping is in and out and are very detailed. The TV actually has a freaking guide!! The only negative...the gravy tends to be a little runny. I highly recommend staying here!

I stayed here last night. There was a plumbing problem with my room and the man at the front desk immediately came to look at it. When it was determined that it couldn't be fixed that night, I was given an upgraded room, no hassle, no charge. I had a very comfortable stay, the breakfast was good, and I am very impressed with the customer service I received.

The staff was very helpful. Clean rooms. High pressure flush toilets are in the rooms. They work great. The beds are comfortable. The parking lot is big enough for trucks with trailers. The parking lot wraps completely around the hotel.

A nice last minute overnight stay when there were some travel challenges. Slept well here - love that there was a Keurig in the room for the early morning departure. Front desk was fast and friendly.

Beautiful newly upgraded hotel!! They give a discount card to a local bar & grill at check-in. I was greeted with a smile and fast service. The room was very clean & the bed OMG best ever!! They also had evening reception which was nice after a long drive to get there. It was a quick over night business trip but if ever in the area again I’d definitely stay here...
