Super 8 by Wyndham Wichita Airport

I mean I'll say this.... you get what you pay for and overall, I had a nice stay. The front desk was nice and helpful. Room was clean, the air condition worked, and the beds were comfortable. Did hear a lot of sirens, but we were near the interstate, so it's understandable. A nice stay for a cheap rate!

I didn't stay at the hotel, but I did leave my car there for 4 days via the Parkway shuttle business to the airport.
I did have to wait about 15 to 17 minutes for my ride to the airport which stressed me out a little bit, but once we got on the road, the driver was personable and gentlemanly.
He helped put my bags in the car, (there was really only one duffel bag and a makeup/toiletry tote), and when we arrived at the airport, he took them out for me.
I tipped him $10 for a 4-minute drive.

I have mixed feelings on my drive from the airport back to my car.
The shuttle arrived about 10 minutes after I called, not bad timing, but for some reason the van driver parked across the street instead of in front of where the arrivals and departures are.
Now, I have a blind adult son who was hanging on my shoulder for guidance, and I was struggling with the duffel bag and toiletry tote, and I had to cross the street with all of that going on, besides the fact that my hip had popped out a little and I was limping horribly, and in quite a bit of discomfort.
I was really hoping that the driver would get out and assist me, but he did not.
I had to open the trunk, put my own stuff in, assist my son inside the van, and open my own door.
The drive back to the hotel was completely quiet, not a single word except for when we pulled in and he said something about people not knowing how to park.
He did open the trunk and grab my bags out, and I took them from him. We told each other to have a nice day, and I was on my way.

I would recommend Super 8 for their airport shuttle services.

Primarily, it was the staff.
Our maid was a very hard worker.
Hector is, I believe, maintenance, and I have seldom met a nicer, more willing-to-help person in my life.
Ron at the front desk went above and beyond in kindness during our 2 week stay, when we fell on hard times.
As for our room-#252-the bed is beyond comforting to sleep on, and the pillows were a perfect combination of 2 fluffy and 2 flatter. You have to show a little love to the microwave, but who cares?
I feel very blessed that I felt safe here, and so does my son.
I highly recommend this establishment.

The staff was surprisingly very respectful, understanding and willing to work with me. I had a unique situation but that did not stop them from doing what they needed to do to ensure that my stay here was exactly what I needed. The rooms are as you would expect for the price but they are absolutely not dirty, at least in my experience, and the prices when I booked were fantastic.

The place ambiance is nice. The room is clean, spacious enough, Check in n check out process are smooth. Their service is very good. Awesome stay and will stay here again no doubt!

Slept like a baby at this location. Staff is pretty good and the orange juice is so thick and chunky.😋🤤. Affordable rates and clean rooms with great wifi you can't beat it.

This Super 8 has a very well lit parking lot, a nice, bright, clean lobby and quiet rooms. And the best part, it's only 5 minutes from the airport and they will provide a shuttle if needed and will pick you up upon return! You can't beat that!

Our room was clean the bed was comfortable and the pillows were just right. We did not hear any noise so we were quite satisfied
We had our cat with us and was glad they accepted cats.
Other hotels said pet friendly don't necessarily mean that they accept cats.
We ate at the Lee's Chinese restaurant next door for dinner and ordered off the menu
Food was good there and convenient

Basic, comfortable, clean room with friendly service.

The staff were friendly and the room was clean. For the price I was pleased with the stay. I would recommend staying here if you're looking for a room on a budget. It was nothing fancy but overall they had everything we needed. The room had a mini fridge and microwave as well which is a plus.

the rooms were cleaned. worth the stay. bathrooms were cleaned. my mom and sister didn't have any complaints about the cleaning. breakfast was set half n hour early for us on request. safe for parking your vehicle.

Very friendly staff and really nice room! Breakfast offered had good selection and a nice dining area. Housing keeping staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Rooms always clean, staff friendly unless you need to sleep past 8 am. I have MS and every stay the maids knock twice and wake me then by 9 am the assistant manager is at the door demanding to know if I am staying another day. Check out time is noon. If I was physically able to get around that early I would.

Clean decent hotel. The airport shuttle was nice to have available. Know that they hit your card for incidentals when you check in rather than put your card on file. Then they refund you (Wich can take up to 5 days) after check out.

I stayed on a Friday night and it was super quiet. Staff was nice and the lobby was clean and inviting.

My future trips to Wichita will include this hotel.

Room was nice and clean. Shower nice and hot. Used airport shuttle and picked up in 10 minutes. Also had a good breakfast.

Excellent service from the staff, fair pricing and willingness to work with you. Complimentary breakfast is really good, vending machine had a fair price, and the cleanliness was outstanding. It's location is super convenient with it being a stone throw away from the airport. Next time I'm in Wichita, I'll be here again!

Everything was super. beautifully arranged the place. had good breakfast in the morning, I am really impressed by all the service. Wonderfull!

We didn't need any service while staying there but the rooms were nice and clean the beds were comfortable as could be
