Staybridge Suites Wichita, an IHG Hotel

If you are looking for a long stay(or short) this is definitely the place to stay in town. The hotel is awesome, rooms are spacious. Our King Bed suite was spacious for my family of 4. When the kids were asleep in bed we were able to shut the door and relax in the separate living room. The social hour dinner on Mon-Wed was awesome. The breakfast was different every morning. I want to HIGHLIGHT the AMAZING customer service of YANNI and ANDREW. They were both polite and helpful when I had questions about my reservation, even previous to booking. Throughout my stay they always greeted me coming in and asked if I needed any help. 11/10 Stay, definitely recommend.

Only Con is the pool sits in the shade past 3-4 P.M, so unless it is hot hot outside the pool might be chilly.

From checking in the lady was kind and very sweet . We are traveling for our company lots of IHG hotels we love and partial to Staybridge. But this lady was genuinely sweet and great !!! So far room good Except reserved a KING BED and this is a queen I think 🤔 it's small . Definitely not what used too. But overall so far 💯 Absolutely

So appreciate the great fitness center & free laundry. Comfortable bed, couch, kitchen, great shower/water pressure. Nice breakfast. Sad we missed the social hr.

But not happy no conditioner, that the soap dispenser mounted to wall across the sink (the only space for my toiletries) & there are ZERO usb plugs anywhere. Door also extremely hard to open.

However, this was overall a great stay

Fantastic hotel. Loved everything about our stay. From the clean rooms, to the friendly service, to the free dinner and breakfast. This is the only hotel we will stay at in wichita from now on.

Love staying here. Grills out back to cook. Great service At the cafe. Michelle? I believe her name is deserves a raise. She is there every time I come into town and serves great beer and breakfasts.

Great hotel from the staff to the social hour on Monday-Wednesday to the free washer and dryer use.

This is a VERY WELL ran place.The esthetic of the place was everything and made me feel, very comfortable.The room was clean and the bed was AMAZING, I will most definitely be coming back.

The hotel was amazing for our extended stay. Very clean and the staff is so accommodating and professional. Kirk on the front desk provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to help me with any questions and fixed my reservation for a seamless stay. All the front desk staff were kind and attentive to our needs and pleasant during a long stay. The room was wonderful and clean. The breakfast is one of the best that I have had at any hotel hands down! I loved the selections offered each day. Monday through Wednesday they host a light hot meal and drinks in the lobby from 5:30p-7:00p and I found that to be a real treat and tasty too. There's fire pits and you can enjoy sitting by the fire in the evening. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this hotel to everyone who enjoys great food, great accommodations, great staff in a great environment.

Came to my hotel room to find a very clean room, a small kitchen with everything you need to cook in your room. I will definitely be staying at staybrige suites again I am surprised.

Pool was closed though so that is sad (it's a outdoor pool)

We were there for two nights March 2023. Rooms were clean and the bed was great! We found the hair dry did not work and it was replaced with minutes of notifying the desk.
Breakfast was pretty good too! We would stay here again!!!

Pleasantly surprised upon seeing the room
Full size fridge. Stove..dishwasher...sink..microwave..dishes...pots..pans...silverware..It was like being in an apartment. Loved it! The only problem was when we were trying to check in no one was at the desk and we walked the whole first floor calling out hello to no avail. Finally after 20 minutes of waiting a female appeared to check us in.

If and when I am in Wichita area again, I will be staying there. The rooms were nice and the staff was wonderful. We had something unfortunate happen in our room and they immediately got us a new room. I appreciate their customer service. The breakfast attendant was wonderful. I loved how she created everyone. The food was great. They also offer their own happy hour! (I missed it but know better now). Other owners should follow suit when it comes to their customer service and the little extras.

Stayed here for work place was awesome the staff were friendly and the rooms clean.
The beer and food at the socials was a great bonus. I will stay here from now on when I'm in town.

We stayed for one night. Kudos to the housekeeper; the room was very clean. Pillows were super comfortable. Delicious breakfast. The location is great. Definitely coming back

My new favorite IHG hotel! They offer a hot breakfast every day and is served an hour later on the weekends. The staff here are all so kind and helpful. The rooms are large and clean. I am a light sleeper and I was able to sleep soundly each night, unlike at the neighboring hotel. They also have a nice workout area and pool. I will be staying here every future visit to wichita.

Very friendly staff. My room was super clean, nice and comfortable! Quiet and no smells! The breakfast was great! The Pitt fire was amazing and relaxing! I would definitely stay here again in a heart beat!!

I hardly ever give reviews but this place was worth it! Between the free breakfast and socials we were very satisfied! We stayed 2 nights and felt comfortable the whole time. The staff was wonderful and facility was very clean and welcoming. Our room was accommodating and comfy.

Excellent service and a nice room. Our room was a suite but everything was in the same room. However, it was tastefully done and looked quite good. The staff was extremely friendly. My wife and I have three girls under two years old so everything is a challenge. The staff helped us bring all our stuff in and packed up breakfast for us in the morning. Needless to say we will definitely stay again!

The hotel was nice, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was good. We were able to eat in the dining room and the employee served us due to the government imposed virus restrictions. The employees were friendly and helpful.
