Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wichita Northeast, an IHG Hotel

I've read some of the reviews which are not as favorable but I can only speak for my own trip. I had a great trip literally one of the best hotel experiences that I've had in the last two or three years since I travel basically every week. The room was clean. The hot tub works well. The breakfast that they made was made with care and was quite good. I really have zero complaints

This is one of the NICEST, cleanest and most friendly hotels I have EVER stayed at! I booked online and was constantly running late (finally checking in at 2:30am after being over 2 1/2 hours late). I called several times and spoke with YANNI at the front desk. She is SO KIND HEARTED and just such a wonderful and caring woman! She checked me in early to ease the struggles I was having that night from the snow storms and driving. She was so friendly and welcoming and she has a passion for what she is doing! KEEP HER THERE! Now for the rooms/breakfast…. Room was a king suite and very clean. Bed was comfy not hard and the room was tidy/well kept. They provided extra bedding and a sofa bed in the suites for extra sleeping capacity. Breakfast was delicious, even though the pancake machine was down when I stayed. Fresh fruit and hot meal was welcomed after a LONG night coming in late. I would HIGHLY recommend booking here and will MOST DEFINITELY come back! We really enjoyed our 3 night stay! The staff was friendly, the room was clean & comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! The lady working the kitchen was so friendly and personable - definitely a breath of fresh air in the morning. She also did a wonderful job at keeping the fridge and food items stocked. The pool & hot tub were clean and the rack was stocked with towels. By far the best hotel I have stayed at in years. Thank you Holiday Inn for a great stay!

Was staying over due to a car breakdown. Staff had us sit in the lobby from noon until after 6pm instead of just staying in our comfortable room for a “ late” checkout.
It was not that busy.

For the first time staying here, I've had problems water was shut off on the toilet desk chair broken plug in outlet didn't work asked to have this things fix and when we got back there was a dipper on the couch.

Clean room, great pool/hot tub, comfortable beds/pillows. I really enjoyed my stay here, and I will be returning! Breakfast was tasty, and there were many choices. Friendly staff. I had a friend stop by to visit, and the front desk called me to ask if I knew the person and if it was okay to send my friend up. That was a nice sense of security since I was travelling along this time. It's close to a lot of great restaurants, the Interstate, and lots of shops!

Our room was clean and comfortable. Nice decor. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast is very good. Biscuits , sausage links, sausage gravy, bacon, mini omelettes, scrambled eggs etc. staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a good location which is easily accessible and close to everything we wanted to do here. I will definitely stay here again next time i am in Wichita.

We had a great stay here. The Holiday Inn Express line is already right in the sweet spot of cost vs benefits for me, and this particular location was no different. We had a great, full breakfast: quick breads, cereal, yogurt, and fruit, as well as real bacon, eggs, and pancakes. Our bed and room were very comfortable, and every staff member we encountered - from front desk to housekeeping - was friendly and helpful. The location was no more than a few minutes from all the shopping, dining and activities we had planned. We went as a couple this time, but it would have been comfortable with our kiddo along too, with the large room, pool and plenty of food

Not sure how to spell his name but Baltizar was absolutely amazing taking his time to get a room that fit our needs/wants and was super friendly and fun to talk to. Him and Kylie helped us out a ton they were amazing!!!

I never stayed there but my niece did she said it was a great place. Nice soaker tub and a good bed to get a nice night sleep.
Breakfast never started early enough she had to leave at 6:30. Guess they think nobody goes to work until 9.

This hotel is one of the top best ones I've stayed in , we arrived 25 minutes before check in time and rooms were already ready , as we entered the room it was a very inviting atmosphere felt like home away from home. The rooms were very clean and the amenities helped a bunch ! Beds were super comfortable and the staff was just excellent. Breakfast in the morning was hot , delicious and a variety made it so comfortable to stay with kids ! The pool was great and clean area around for sitting we will definitely be back again and would recommend anyone to stay here !

I lowered my service rating because of some dude with housekeeping. I stayed for a week and did not need daily service. However, on the 4th day, with a "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on my door, he decided to knock AND open the door before I had time to walk across the room. When I opened the door myself, he was very insolent about housekeeping. RUDE!!!

Very nice room. Swimming pool and exercise room. Breakfast too.

Good breakfast, looooove the pancake machine. Room is nice. Just wish there was a vent in bathrooms, haha… but seriously.

Good customer service and nice stay. Been at these hotels many times and plan to many more.

The rooms were extremely clean, the pool/hot tub area was well maintained. The folks at the front desk were efficient and incredibly nice. They even have us extra toiletries and towels without an be issue... Most places, it's like pulling teeth! I would very highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for a teen girls retreat. They were very accommodating of our needs. Fantastic continental breakfast. Warm hot tub and decent sized indoor pool. Had a snack bar area for purchase and the fitness room was well equipped. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Super comfortable beds.

I have stayed at this location twice. Both times Sasha at the front desk is the reason why both experiences have been exceptionally pleasant. Her positive attitude sincerely puts a smile on my face every time I encounter her walking in and out. She is extremely informative as I'm visiting for business and not from the area. I hope they are paying her handsomely because I will be offering her a position with my company as soon as an opportunity arises. Oh.... and probably the best shower pressure I've had in a hotel. My only complaint is that they need to update their toilet paper dispensers in the bathrooms. Keep smiling Sasha and I'll see you during my next stay in Wichita, KS!!!!

I stayed here with a group of a bunch of families travelling for a basketball tournament. We were all happy with our rooms and how very accommodating the staff were. Nice newer hotel in an area we felt safe in. The continental breakfast was very nice---sausage, eggs, biscuits, pancakes, fresh fruit, bagels, etc. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, and our room was comfortable.

Very nice place. My room was clean. It could have used a little larger TV, but that's not an issue! Lol
Nice breakfast area as well.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly they gave us good recommendations on where to eat and places to visit in the area. Breakfast was good.
