Hampton Inn & Suites Wichita-Northeast

Very good location for dining and shopping! The rooms are excellent, but the staff were fantastic in the ways they helped accommodate our family reunion! Kudos to the staff! Breakfast was amazing!

Great hotel with easy access to and from major freeway. The location of safe, and has lots of parking (suitable for truck and trailer). The location is perfectly situated to walk to several great restaurants and shopping areas.

The hotel staff was professional and courteous!

If you're in Wichita this is one of the few hotels I'd recommend staying at.

Absolutely beautiful and clean! Super friendly staff and love the breakfast in the morning ( wonderful way to wake up) the beds are so nice wish I could take them home and the pillows, omg they are so comfortable!!! Highly recommend this hotel, it may cost a lil more than others but it's safe!!! And clean!!!

In town for a funeral and the staff went the extra mile helping us. They allowed us to have a late check out (thanks Andrew) and even moved our bags so we could spend more time with family (thanks Geri). Every person we encounter was quality- the gentlemen who ran breakfast helped us with our dietary restrictions (Dennis and someone else) Just amazing amazing staff!

Wonderful stay. All boxes checked: clean room, helpful staff, average Hampton Inn breakfast. Good location for nearby dining and shopping.
Pool was closed for maintenance.
Update: stayed again 2/2024. Had a longish wait to get checked in. No digital keys yet here. Room 302 AC was a bit noisy but we didn't inform management. Pool was out of order- seems most are these days.
It's in a great location. Breakfast okay, Dennis was very cheerful.

Over and beyond service and compassion. We had checked out and went to eat lunch, while at lunch my son who is in a wheelchair had an issue. We needed a place to shower and change. They were nice enough to let us back in our room and use it for about an hour. Thankful for staff that had compassion for our situation.

The service was phenomenal. Andrew went above and beyond to help with my booking. Another lady helped me too but I didn't catch her name. The staff here really seem to care and try to work with you.

We rented the meeting room for a baby shower and it was great! Staff are friendly, the location is great, and the rent was responsible. We worked with Brionne, and she was great and easy to work with.

Visiting Wichita for a very full-scheduled church related convention, we were welcomed warmly and encountered grace and expertise at every turn in the hotel. From Stephany at the front desk to the joyful personnel serving the breakfast (which was delicious!), all made us glad to be there. The room was very clean and comfortable, and had all of the extras one would need. I'll definitely keep this one in mind any time I travel to Wichita!

We were there for a weekend bowling tournament at North rock Lanes. Check in at the hotel starts at 3:00 pm, I checked in through the app arrived about 4PM and Gerri had our room ready. to go. We had just enough time to drop our stuff off and get to the lanes for tournament play.

They have a breakfast bar from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Jill and Carman did an amazing job keeping the breakfast stocked for all of our12 teams (50ppl) and other hotel guest, looked like a busy weekend for the city. The Breakfast offerings was as good as any breakfast place near by, you might of paid for.

Our room number was 430 very clean and spacious. Jody did a great job of keeping our rooms spotless. The ac was very cool, does make a sound like the wind is blowing, but still cold. The employees were beyond helpful. Will definitely staying here again next year. possible 70ppl next year

Staff was great allowing us to use their meeting room for our after bowling pizza party and fellowship with each other.

Really can't ask for more! The front desk was super helpful. The room was fantastic. Very spacious and the furniture was really comfortable. There was a nice little kitchenette with a sink and everything that came in super handy! Everything was very clean, the bed was just right for me and the breakfast had all the essentials, including a waffle bar. It's also right in the middle of a bunch of shopping areas and nice places to eat. Will definitely stay there again next time I'm passing through.

The staff had excellent customer service! The rooms were always clean. Breakfast was until 10 ! The grounds were clean. The place is located in a shopping area. The indoor swimming pool was nice. If you’re in the area this is the place to stay . You will not be disappointed! Great job Hampton Inn!

I enjoy staying here. There are plenty of food options within walking distance of the hotel. It's conveniently located next to Target and Cabela's. If you like walking, there's a walking path behind the hotel that goes on forever.
The staff is friendly and is happy to serve you. Rooms are clean with plenty of hot water.

Stayed here for five day for work. Nice rooms, good breakfast, and free cookies in the afternoon. The rooms are nice, modern, and clean. The business center has two computer and a printer and easy to use and access. The hotel is close to lots of eating places, I walked to most of them or it was a quick drive.

Beautiful accommodations and incredible customer service when we needed to extend our stay.
The breakfast is very good with a wide variety of hot and cold foods and fresh fruit.
Quiet and convenient shopping for last minute needs. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance.

I wanted to share my experience this weekend with the Hampden Inn Northeast. This weekend was a big tournament MAYB. Long story short, there was a delay with my room being ready and I had to call back at 9pm to see if my room was ready. I left a voicemail for the manager. The next day during breakfast I observed excellent customer service from a gentleman as he was thanking all the guest for staying at this hotel. I assumed he was the cook. I asked him for his name and he brought me a business card. I didn’t look at the card and later on realized that he was the manager. My mom was coming out and also observed him thankimg guest for staying with them and asked if he was the manager. As we were leaving back home, he ran out apologized for the inconveniences and took care of us. The Manager’s customer service is outstanding. I planned to write a review from my breakfast experience and that just topped the cake.

Amazing free breakfast and customer service. No refrigerators in the rooms, but the ladies at the front desk said I could use theirs if needed. Also, they have free toiletries at the front desk if you have forgotten anything. Very thoughtful!

Firm beds and cold A/C. First place I could get to 60° and stay there. Also pretty decent breakfast.
