My mother and I were visiting from Lawndale, California to attend a family reunion. Excellent size room and bed, real comfy. Loved the room itself. The location was right in the middle of everything like shopping etc. The service was good but not every other day. I was told to inform the front desk to put in the order and they served my request. All were kind and respectful. Thank you.

I travel every week for work, I stay in many hotels, and by far this is THE BEST hotel I’ve stayed in! So clean, great staff, and so close to many shops. Beds are clean and one of the things I instantly noticed was that they vacuum behind the bed! Like this never happens with any hotel… EVER! I would absolutely stay here again in the future and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a higher quality stay!

Top notch place. Have stayed previously. Staff are super friendly, helpful. Lobby has a pretty cool dude that'll set you up with good adult beverages. Rooms are decently quiet. (This time, found the AC to struggle a little, though adequate.) Will return for future stays.

PROS:
Super stay without a plethora of soccer teams, or basketball kids, or even hockey players running up and down the halls. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bed even more so!

The handicap room was spacious with lowered tub, grab bars in the shower, and grab bars were around a toilet that wasn’t super low. I took my first stand up shower in months there and the hot water was quick & plentiful.

CONS:
Avoid the morning blend coffee pods as they are bitter with an aftertaste. I was uninformed about the breakfast situation but be prepared to buy yours. Most Hilton hotels I’ve stayed in at least have a buffet breakfast or items like cereal, toast, milk, and juice. This hotel had ONE orange, diced cantaloupe and honeydew, oatmeal, breads, apple, orange, or cranberry juice & coffee. I never saw any milk or cereal. If you wanted a hot breakfast, then you had to buy it.

We came to see a family member in the hospital ICU so not having added stress to deal with over a hotel stay went a long way with us!

We stay here often as aircrew. Good rates and service. Drinks and food in house, many good options for food within a quarter mile including a grocery store.

Lovely experience! The bed was so comfortable, amazing sleep—the headboard is even padded. The room was so homey and nice, and so clean they protective seal things like the tv remote and the door to show you that they truly did clean it. Love that detail!

The photos on the walls of the room were beautiful and really add to the great vibe of the place. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the shower/sink had great water pressure.

The lake behind the hotel is beautiful! Definitely take a walk around it (only .48 miles) if you get a chance! Especially at night.

The restaurants around the area are amazing, too! The whole area is amazing, and the hotel adds to the experience!

I came in covid times, so the pool + breakfast area and such were closed, but I can’t fault them for something that is because of a pandemic.

All in all, definitely a wonderful experience! Come here! (And it was inexpensive, too!)

Stayed in one of the suites and it was a very nice, very clean room which was surprising for the rate. I've stayed in much worse hotels that cost more. I unfortunately didn't get to try the restaurant but I did have a short stop at the bar while waiting on a Uber. They had a great selection, kind staff, and the drinks were pretty reasonable for a hotel bar.

Well appointed rooms and great service.

The lighting in the room could be improved through, but a small niggle overall.

Would happily stay again.

This hotel was a great location in Bradley Fair shopping village. A lot of restaurant and shopping choices - all walking distance from the hotel. Our room had a nice lake view, with walking trail. Area of town was clean and safe. All of the staif was friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

King room, bed comfy, temperature control...you have control. Great breakfast, check in a bit rocky. The grounds around Hotel are awesome. Pond behind Hotel, and you can walk completely around Pond. Shopping is a 1 minute walk.

Within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and drinks. The room is very clean Edith an attentive staff. Pool was clean with great temperature. You have to get a little creative for the gym. It's mostly cardio and dumbbells. Plenty of parking and lighting in quite area. Overall this is a good hotel.

loved it here, I stayed for month & the service was amazing, only thing is the washing machines were not working properly so don't use the app, just use change. Also they didn't have enough space for garbage disposal, but overall the lake view was beautiful & the area has many food options & shopping outlet, I would love to revisit!

Nice facility that could use an update. Staff was very friendly and they baked free cookies at 5 for guests. The bar is small but the bar tender was nice enough to give me lemon and honey for my wife each night. Lake view is very nice and it's really close to shopping.

My room was clean...The staff behind the desk..tall nice gentleman...was very nice. I was given my room key and loved that I was near the hot tub because that was 1 if my priorities and they were all met.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms were nice but not fancy. The AC worked well which is sometimes hard to find. We had the breakfast buffet in the morning and thought it was very good!

Enjoyed a quiet weekend night away from our kids. We found the hotel to be clean, the accommodations relaxing, and the staff friendly. The hotel breakfast was an added bonus! We look forward to our next stay.

Got a room with king bed and sofa bed and had plenty of room for our family. Clean and plenty of pillows thanks to great service. Visited during Covid so no access to pool or breakfast, which was a bummer for the kids but great internet allowed them to play games.

This room was clean and nice. The staff was very accommodating when we asked for a late checkout and did not charge us extra for the late checkout. Will definitely stay there again!
