Today I went into the legendary Hatman Jacks for my first custom fit cowboy hat. I got the pleasure of working with Nicolette to find and shape my new hat. She was patient and helpful and even offered her opinion on what might look good for my new hat. She helped me find a great new cowboy hat and helped me pick out a different hat band to make it my own. An incredible experience and I will definitely be back for all my future hat purchases!

Absolutely amazing people. Helped my husband find a hat and reshaped it completely to fit his needs. Also stretched my hat and reshaped another one of my husbands hats all in one day. Would recommend these guys to anyone looking for that more personal experience when looking for the perfect hat for you.

I was visiting from out of town and family told me this was the place to go for a new hat! Jack fit me into a new Stetson taking the time to make it fit perfect and formed it to my face shape. Love this hat. I also brought in a few to get cleaned and re-formed and was helped by a friendly young gentleman who informed me of what I could get done to them and did an amazing job. This was a great experience and outstanding service!

I went in on a Saturday to get my hat shaped for my wedding and even though they said they couldn’t get to it until during the week they had it done and ready for me to pick up within a few hours and they did an amazing job and shaped it just how I asked will definitely be continuing to do business with them!

This is the place to go for hats for men and women. They even do special projects as they helped create a special hat for a family member. He was able to be a part in the creation of the hat. It's still currently having the details being added, however it was fun to watch the process of making the individualized hat.

Very nice people. Went in to get a Tilley hat and they didn’t have the color I wanted in my size. They ordered it for me and now I am waiting for a call to go get it. They said it could be a week or two. Support local businesses. Tons of hats available. Great location but not a ton of parking. Update: I got my hat 8 days after I ordered it. Everything was great.

Went in and found a hat I liked, but wasn't available in my size. The Woman working that day helped find a similarly shaped hat that still suited me. Very happy with the customer service and my purchase.

Went on a Saturday and they were super busy. I'd recommend trying to go on a weekday, but still got Amazing customer service. And felt they addressed everyone in the store equally. I didn't expect to buy a hat, went with my bf to get his hat reshaped. Their hat selection had something for everyone. The hat I couldnt leave without was fitted and shaped for me right then and there. And I got so many compliments wearing it same day. Was also reasonably priced and the store had a wide range of price points as well. Hat came in a cute Hat man's box to keep it safe on my travels home. If I were in the market for another hat, I'd travel the 7 hours to Jack's!

Hatman Jack’s is a special Wichita treat. Shopping for a new style can feel somewhat awkward as you step outside your comfort zone. However, picking out a new hat with Jonathan’s help was so much fun! He gave suggestions, looked for additional sizes and colors, shaped and sized our selections. It was a great experience. Austin and the rest of the staff go out of their way to make sure. That you find the right hat right fits your personality your interest to make a personable for you. Love their hats and quality as well. On a side note they also know how to help Mrs. Claus with the needs that she has for holiday Ware and summer.i will keep going there for my hay needs.

So, there was a little hiccup with my first experience at Hatman Jack's. But, no need to go into details because Jack made it right. I went into the shop and began browsing, one of the employees walked up and asked how she could help. I asked for Jack's assistance. Jack was kind and knowledgeable. They are able to help you find the best hat and shape it based off of your face shape and style. I highly recommend checking this shop out, the 1-on-1 customer experience was great. Whenever I need another hat I'll definitely be back. I love my new hat!!

I can not speak highly enough about this shop and amazing people. My son and I were honored to be assisted by JACK himself!! He was remarkably knowledgeable, fun, very generous with his time and love for his craft. He even allowed us back to see how he shapes and fits hats with his time tested (1800's!) hat molds and techniques. I would have paid for the amazing experience alone!!!! We came away with the perfect hat and giant smiles on our faces. My son's first hat buying experience, as he said, "earned my patronage for life!"

Excellent hat store! Excellent service! I drove 3 hours to Hatman Jack’s to pickup a derby hat. I’m so glad I did. When I tried the derby hat on, it had a lot of unevenly distributed pressure that made it very uncomfortable. The employees form fitted the hat until it comfortably rested on my head. I wish there were more local hat stores like this.

I have purchased several hats from Hatman Jack's. "Cowboy", "Steampunk" and "Newsboy".
Mr. Kellogg (Hatman) has always been very helpful. He helped me today with some more "Newsboy" caps. His staff is very knowledgeable and super helpful!! I would recommend Hatman Jack's to EVERYONE!!!
