Hampton Inn by Hilton West Wichita Goddard

The best thing about this Hampton Inn is the people. So friendly and helpful From check-in, to room cleaning staff, to the person who was taking garbage out to the dumpster. Best of all were Ari at the lounge, and Michelle working both the front desk and the lounge. Great conversationalists, engaging, and friendly.

We are in the baseball business, as it were. Though the Hampton Inn is a bit more expensive than surrounding hotels, being within walking distance to the fields, and a high protein breakfast included with the room, made it well worth it.

Immaculately clean. Inside and out. Not a shred of trash anywhere.

Great weekend and plan on going back.

Outstanding hotel, exceptional staff, immaculately maintained. Loved the affiliation with the adjacent fitness center with its vast lap and exercise pools.
Of particular note was Joseph's diligence; while I was loading my vehicle at checkout, he was meticulously picking up litter, even pulling cigarette butts out of flower pots and digging them out of the pavement seams. Such diligent attention to detail is rare and much appreciated; please find a way to reward and retain him.

This is by far the nicest Hampton Inn I have ever stayed in. The room was very spacious with a unique set up. The lobby was very clean and beautifully decorated. The elevators and hallways were secured by key entry only so I felt very safe. Staff was super nice. I legitimately loved it here. 10/10 I definitely recommend.

Really nice new hotel. We ended up getting the 2 queen bed, plus sleeper sofa suite since we have 3 kids. The room was very large and spacious. We bring a pack n play for our youngest and a blow up bed with sides on it for our middle kiddo
and we still had plenty of walking around space. Hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was pretty good. This hotel was about 15 minutes off of the path my husband wanted to stay on, but I think it was worth the extra drive. Only small bummer is that the water park has very limited hours (closed the day we arrived and only open 4-8p on the days it is open) , so we weren’t able to enjoy that.

We had a wonderful family get together at the hotel. We were first greeted by Michelle at the front desk who far exceeded our expectations. We had to make adjustments to our reservations based on our error and she went far above the usual protocol to make sure we were happy with our rooms and location.
We also had a great experience with Heather who was very accommodating when we moved rooms. She made sure we were satisfied with the rooms, having us check to assure we had enough towels, soap, etc. She truly cares about customer service.
We greatly appreciate Heather and Michelle as exemplary employees of the Hampton Inn.

My family of four spent 2 nights here recently and it was an awesome experience. Our room was modern, spacious and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating to our needs. There is a Walmart right down the road, in addition to many restaurants nearby. I love that there is a bar/restaurant at the hotel in addition to the water park connected to the hotel. Incredible place, we definitely will be coming back!

We had an awesome experience here. Staff was all very helpful. Michelle and Heather went above and beyond to make us very comfortable. I love the water park attached to the hotel. It has a hot tub and a pool around the bar. We will definitely come back.

Good stay, too many small children for us. We were on a funeral trip. Breakfast buffet was good, Carmen & Jill provided excellent service. Very friendly & skillful.
The entryway was very icy & my wife (Debra) fell hard exiting the front portal. She has bruises & painful muscles. This was witnessed by custodial worker & receptionist at the desk. This was Saturday AM January 27, 2024.

We are absolutely loving our stay here! We booked Friday night only and ended up getting a second stay for this evening!! The front desk help is so friendly and helpful!! The kids are loving it! The indoor water park is great too! It was a little chilly out of the water- but other then that it’s affordable and fun for everyone!

Also the kitchen ladies Saturday morning were great with our kids! We sure appreciated them and the attention they gave us!

Great customer service all around!! Highly impressed!

Loved this place. Just didn't like the rooms not being cleaned each day. If you not going to do that you should put bigger trash can in the room for use. The morning breakfast was awesome. The lady at the buffet was super friendly. She was a breath of fresh air each morning.

Can't say enough about the water park. The kids loved it.

Our family went to this hotel to go to the attached indoor water park. There was terrible weather and we had to move our reservations around. The manager, Diana, was super helpful and accommodating. The front desk help was fantastic. We will definitely be returning to this hotel! Thank you for the great customer service!

We stayed here mostly because of blast off bay being connected. You get a free pass to Blast Off Bay with your stay which is an indoor water park. The water park is pretty impressive and has good slides for kids and adults. There is also a walkup hot tub bar which I thought was cool.

Our experience was a great one. We got in late and our first room's pull out couch was broke and they quickly got us to another room. We then went down to have a drink and the bartender opened everything back up so we could enjoy a drink or 5. Needless to say that Jhmira and Gabby were awesome! Thank you so much!

We had a very good experience at this Hampton Inn - we were here for a wedding, and although they are still working through a few issues with the new building - I felt like the staff went above and beyond - "Andrea" was EXCELLENT - she helped us out multiple times - the breakfast was very good, and the staff was overall very friendly and professional - We will definitely stay here again when back in town. Absolutely recommend!

Everyone on staff here was very helpful and super friendly. The accomodations are first class. Breakfast was very special and you could feel the love and helpfulness of the staff. Everything was clean and spotless. We could not have asked for a better place to stay and will return often.

We stayed here passing through, the hotel is new and had minor issues with common new opening stuff. Hotel was very nice and decor was pretty. Room was extra roomy and comfortable, air conditioning worked great. Sheets and pillows didn’t seem like the normal Hampton pillows, sheets were super rough and not comfortable but I think it was because they were new and haven’t had many washes yet to soften them out. Bathroom was nice my biggest disappoint was the bathtub. I’m extremely surprised a new property still puts bathtubs in the bathroom. I know many people like a bathtub but I personally find them annoying and a walk in shower is way more convenient while traveling. The toilet looked like the house keepers have not used a toilet brush since opening just had a ring around it. I know the hotel is new but hopefully they keep it looking nice and make sure staff is cleaning correctly. Breakfast was good the normal Hampton breakfast. Juice machine wasn’t set up yet but they provided juice in a jug. However it tasted like it was just syrup. Breakfast lady was amazing super friendly and very helpful. Probably one of the best ones I’ve met on our 30th straight night traveling in different Hilton properties. Had a issue and the manager was very helpful and caring. No bottled water offered at check in for Diamond but honestly no big issue I’m sure they just hadn’t received them. Water park was okay, the kids enjoyed it but we only spent a few hours there, it was very loud, the lifeguards were very annoying and just yelling and blowing their whistles at everyone for anything, when they weren’t they were on their phones or talking not really paying attention. It had some odd rules that made it hard for my five year old to do anything but again we travel so much so I notice things. The water park isn’t ran by the hotel so I can’t rate my stay based on the water park. It’s super dark getting to the hotel but it looks like it’s a new development so I’m assuming over the next few years more will be added. I appreciate all the diamond parking spots it truly makes us feel valued, since Hilton has really let diamond members down by giving gold all the same benefits. I definitely would stay here again if I’m ever in the area and hopefully the hotel is ran tight so it stays clean.

Excellent front desk personnel by being attentive to our needs; i.e. chance for us to save money on our stay!
Breakfast was meh, but what we expected. No eggs Benedict or fancy food! Bar didn't have Merlot or even a cheap Cab to serve, that cost a rating star.
Overall we enjoyed the experience and the stay!

This is a great place for families with blast off bay being attached. We loved blast off bay, it’s small but has so much to do. I would absolutely recommend this hotel & blast off bay to anyone! My only complaint is that, I had no idea tickets to blast off bay are free when you stay but unfortunately you can’t get your tickets til check in at 3pm (or pay $25 to check in at 2) so if you plan to spend the day at the pool, plan to buy tickets separate.

We did a little staycation for my daughter's birthday and we absolutely love it. The location is amazing, the hotel is beautiful, and receiving passes to the Waterpark is so worth it! We will definitely do this again in the future and will be recommending to others! Sorry, the room photos are before we left. We will definitely return in the future.

Comfortable clean and pet friendly I enjoyed my stay here and loved how convenient it was to everywhere my trip took me.
