Foundation Realty was great. David, our realtor helped us find a great house. We weren't able to spend a lot of time in town before the purchase and his knowledge of both the local community and the real estate market helped us focus our research so that we were able to look at our top seven houses in one day knowing that we would only be in town a few days. His company has helped us, first time homebuyers, through the entire process which has been a real relief in this sometimes daunting task. We weren't able to stay in town for the closing and they helped us finalize all the inspections and other aspects of closing on the house remotely. Every person we met at the company was polite, friendly and super helpful. I can not recommend this company enough.

We recently used Foundation Realty to purchase and sell our home. Agent David Renberg found us the house we had been looking for. He then helped us sell our existing home in three days. Foundation Realty was a one stop shop for buying and selling, in house photographers, market analysis, home inspections. They helped us prepare our home for showing, had all the documents and information readily available to prospective buyers. So, when the buyers left the showing they had all the information to consider when making an offer. We received three offers within 48 hours of listing. David knew what type of house we were looking for after sitting down with us and getting to know us, asking the right questions, and providing current market trends and analysis. Several days later we received a call he had a house we needed to see, and it was what we had been looking for. After meeting with him just once, we were sure that he was the real estate agent that we wanted to roll with. Clay was a very personable and relational guy who sought to understand exactly what we wanted and were looking for in a house and do whatever he could to get us into a house that met our criteria. We are military and only had a couple days in town to find a house to put an offer on. David worked super fast. He showed us some great options, but when we couldn’t find a lot we were completely happy with he made just a couple phone calls and was able to find us a builder who was building a spec home on a lot that was just what we were looking for. We were able to scoop it up before it went on the market. Totally worth the wait to build and we got a great deal. David ensured we had a trustworthy builder and was very attentive walking us through the whole process. He even helped us with financing by suggesting a local bank he knew we could get better rates from. We look forward to working with him again if and when we ever sell.

I just have to say this company and it's representatives are AMAZING! Not only did they take care of all my needs as I was STATES away when the sale was taking place, but they were super receptive when it came down to really needing to be relied on to get something done for this sale to happen. I am a real estate agent in another state, and I must say, David and his team are absolutely one of the best I have ever worked with for selling a home!
