I love the home 2 suites hotel chain. They are very modern, clean and always have great service. The lady at breakfast time even offered me different options because of my diet restrictions, she went above and beyond and was very sweet. I wish I would have gotten her name but Unfortunately I didn't. Rooms are great, only downfall is the 3 pillows I had on my bed were too soft, no option on Firm. Other than that, always a great experience

Hotel common areas and entrance were very clean and coffee bar was stocked at all times. Breakfast was pretty standard for a hotel but there was plenty to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful. King suite was very nice. It had a large refrigerator, full sized microwave and a dish washer for the dishes that were available in the room. Great location just west of downtown with plenty of local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Over all, we enjoyed out stay and would definitely stay there again.

I stayed here for a work trip. I loved this hotel, amazing breakfast bar, my room was nice and the front desk staff is so great. Katre was my favorite but they were all nice. The seating areas outside in the front and back are both so nice at night time

We stayed here for a family gathering. The service was excellent. It was clean and well taken care of. The staff did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable and were so helpful especially Amy. The lobby was a great space to gather and enjoy each others company. Thank you!!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and will continue to be my go to hotel for when we are in Wichita. It is clean, comfortable, and the staff is kind.
There is a coffee shop in the same parking lot in case you don’t want hotel breakfast and it’s located close to all the attractions.

Truly felt welcomed and valued as guest by front desk staff.
Room was nicely appointed, beds were extreamely comfortable. Room was noticably well cleaned.

It was truly refreshing to experience genuine customer service again, something rarely found in the post pandemic world.

13 families stayed here for a youth sporting event and the experience was great. The location is perfect, so close to many things to do and places to eat. The rooms are nice, the hotel was clean and the staff was awesome. Amy at the front desk went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and she took the time every day to wish our girls good luck. If we ever return to Wichita, this is where we will stay.

Fantastic place to stay for work travel. Quiet rooms, plenty of dinner options within walking distance and right by plenty of outdoor greenway trails.

The rooms are spacious and great for an extended stay. The larger refrigerator was a nice plus. It was very convenient to downtown, near many restaurants, and very close to the Exploration Place. We enjoyed time in the pool with our kids. The breakfast had a nice variety of selections. The toppings for the waffles was wonderful and the kids loved it. The rotation of hot items was nice. The room was in great shape and clean. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

New hotel near downtown in the Delano district. Close to the river and several shops and restaurants. Room was large with separate seating area which was nice. The free breakfast was great and had many options including breakfast sandwiches. Staff was friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

We're moving across the country and this overnight stop was a breath of fresh air. The people here were wonderfully accommodating -id accidentally booked a single queen rather than a double and they were able to upgrade me easily. People here were friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast was great, especially for the price. If I'm going through Kansas again, I'd absolutely stop here again.

The location is great and within walking distance of some lovely restaurants and cafes. Rooms are great for a family of four.

Home 2 Suites is a beautiful hotel. Each room has a full kitchen and there are so many other amenities. A patio with fire pit for the cooler seasons and another in the back with grills. The lobby is like an upscale coffee shop and the breakfast looks great. I use the board room for meetings and since the parking is so great, my clients love it. This would be a perfect place to bring your family. It’s close to downtown, the stadium, and the walk along the river is lovely, especially at night.

And they talked smack about their people and how great they were. It's impressive when a management team believes that much in their people.

And their people did not disappoint! There was no aspect of my stay here that was disappointing. The room was clean and well laid out (it is a new facility, which helps). Breakfast was excellent and varied enough that there were fresh options everyday. The staff was accommodating and flexible, with helpful suggestions for restaurants (they're right on the River walk and there are a LOT of options), grocery stores, microbreweries (there are several in Wichita) and other things to do in the city.

Pool and laundry facilities were clean and well maintained.

Management helped when I had a business need to print and scan some documents on short notice.

They really bent over backwards here to make my stay a great experience.

This place was perfect for my family and me as we needed a home for a couple of weeks. The staff was helpful and we loved the pool and gas grill! If we need a place in Wichita in the future we will look here first!

I was in Wichita on a work related trip, and while I've been in town a few times previously, I opted to stay in the city instead of near the airport this visit. The hotel is close to many of the local attractions, parking is easy and there are several coffee shops and other local restaurants close by. The rooms were comfortable, but you could hear the people above you if they were stomping around. As you can probably tell, that happened to me. The things the hotel can control were no doubt acceptable. Breakfast was decent and included a mix of hot and cold items. Most of the hot items were pre-packaged. Staff was great. Madi, who was working the morning of my departure was cordial and engaged with the customers. Overall, it's a good option, say 4.5 / 5.0, should you be in town.
