Working with Jolene is extremely easy. She helped to decrease the stress of buying and selling. She was great at getting to know what we were looking for and helped us to see houses that fit our family. What really sets her apart is the speed in which we were able to close and the countless times she went above and beyond, even months after closing. Selecting Jolene Roberts as my realtor was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I had to move for work at short notice and had to sell my house in Manhattan, KS long-distance. She was very professional throughout the entire process. Her advice was always clear and made sense, her plan of action was very thorough, and her connections in the area got things done quickly that would have taken me forever. She took the time to make sure that my questions were answered and that I fully understood the process and each step along the way. If I could give Jolene more stars, I would!! Last summer my husband and I were first time home buyers from out of state. We were on a deadline to buy our home while also getting married in the middle of our home buying process. She took us to see many homes (most 30 minutes from MHK), video toured when we couldn’t make the trip, wrote multiple offers for us (tough market with a relatively small budget), and went through the inspection process not once but twice due to the first home having more repairs than previously thought. I do not know what we would have done without her expertise and advice. She worked hard to make sure we ended up in the best possible home for us! Jolene is professional, personable, hard working, and knowledgeable. Her communication throughout the home buying process was phenomenal. Jolene helped us buy our first house as first time home buyers she was dream to work with. Four years later when we found out we were moving with very short notice. I sent a text to Jolene and she was there a day later to help us sell our home. We left a week after getting in contact with her to move 3,000 miles away knowing our home was in good hands with Jolene. Our house sold the first day on the market! Jolene is great! From the very beginning, she was motivated to sell our college home. She created a video tour that was amazing! The video emphasized the great parts of our home and made house look fun, exciting, and the perfect place for collegians to live.
