The staff were approachable, friendly and the lady at the counter even helped my girlfriend find suggestions for a particular kind of story trope she wanted to read. They were very friendly and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that if they don't have what you want, they are more than willing to order it and mail it directly to your house. This was quite handy for me as I had them mail me a book to my home, which was several states away. They also have a good selection of DND and pathfinder related items, some of which were hardy and cool dice jails, towers and DM screens.

This is a good store and I will be coming back the next time I find myself in the area.

I enjoyed my shopping experience here. The lady in here was VERY helpful in showing me where to find books on Kansas. I ended up finding a great book on Coach Bill Snyder. Several weeks later, I found another great book on Missouri. The employees that day were even dressed in Halloween costumes. It’s also a much smaller bookstore and so it’s easy find a great read!

I'm so glad that this store is here! It's a great place for gifts and, of course, for shopping for yourself! The store was clean and organized, check out was fast and the staff were friendly and interesting. I will be going back soon!

The people working at the store always have a smile on their face and are always willing to help. They make friendly conversations and make your time in the store feel wounderfull. The store has a variety of books for everyone and they re always open to new ideas or books that they don't have available. They also have an online book store that is easy to follow. If you love books and a warm atmosphere then this is the place to visit.

Awesome selection with helpful staff. Prior service Army vet working the counter near a military town who is also very well versed and well read in literature is a plus for this location. Great sales on classics as well

I love books and when I saw it I knew I was in book heaven. Love the smell of bookstores. Okay, this store had a large option to choose from and it was organized so that you could find what you want easily. If you get the chance please visit. You won't be disappointed.

Very nice bookstore. I had not been in the Mall in years and was surprised to see a bookstore still in operation. Very nice selection and well set up. Glad to see them there. Seemed to have good prices too.

Once a year visit to buy reduced price calendar. This store carries the one I like every year. Clean, friendly place to shop.

Always friendly staff! All the books I've gotten have had retail pricing not far from the slightly cheaper online shopping version. Also carry cool little fun things besides books as well. I get all my manga there and they have a great selection of that and comic esc items.

Growing up, I always loved going to the mall for one thing (Which was AFTER they took out the Toy Store and Arcade) and that was Walden Books. Then, once they closed down, it felt like the end of the world. Then again, Hasting's was also a great store too, which was my favorite...But what's a mall without a book store? I'm thrilled that Books-A-Million has a spot in the mall, and I feel like it's my comfort zone and go-to store in the mall. Great books, great deals, and if they don't have something, you can still order it.
