Holiday Inn Wichita East I-35, an IHG Hotel

Impressive! This location is a jewel. It is a bit pricey but beautiful inside and out. We walked in at 11 p.m. half asleep but the staff was wide awake. Pleasant & helpful with a little added humor. It was refreshing to be spoken to (not at) and share a chuckle.
The room was spacious, nicely decorated, very clean, no smell, large TV, working remote etc. The bathroom a bit small but no complaints. Plenty of towels, soaps and lotion. The beds were amazing! Comfy, assortment of pillows, and soft sheets.
Stop here next time you are in Wichita Kansas.

The hotel was nice and clean, both the room and common areas. The pool area and sauna were good size, and nice outdoor area. The breakfast wasn’t great but it was expected with the Holiday Inn restaurants from past experiences. We still ate there out of convenience. We didn’t explore Wichita much but it was in good location it seems. If ever back in the area I would definitely stay again.

Went to stay here for my birthday weekend. They were amazing and they were very welcoming to tourists. They gave us a room and they decorated it with balloons and boquets of king sized candy bars. Would love to stay here again. In regards to cleanliness, the room was very spotless. They even let us take the travel sized higine products with us when we left. 5/5

This is a great place to stay, great location it's around lots of food and shopping.
It has a great outdoor area that is peaceful out back.
The fire pit is very awesome...
In-house bar and restaurant were nice.
It's a little pricey but worth it.
Had the drink of the month, it wasn't bad, not quite made exactly how it was said unless they left out some info, it was a very strong drink but good.

We had a great stay. Our refrigerator was not cold but Mario was quick to change it out. He was friendly and professional. Room was great sized, beds were comfortable.

We stayed here with our son's soccer team for a tournament we had in town. The staff was friendly. The room and hotel as a whole was clean. We had no problems getting more towels or extra pillows. The bed was very firm but we didn't have an issue with it. The ice machine was out of order on our floor but I was able to go up to the next floor and get some, not a big deal. The room did have full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and lotion which was nice.

The breakfast was average, some items were ok and some were not. The buffet had eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, yogurt, cereal, pancakes, and french toast..

The Red Hat Society was having a get together the same weekend so the lobby was pretty crowded the whole time but it didn't create any huge issues for us. It was actually fun seeing all of their outfits.

Location is good. Right near the highway and there is a Long John Silver's/ A&W in the parking lot.

The website does not mention microwaves or mini fridges in the rooms or if there is free breakfast. I called to ask and was told that not all the rooms had microwaves and fridges (specifically the type we had reserved did not) and breakfast was not free. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to see we did indeed have both a microwave and a fridge. The reservation also came with breakfast vouchers for the buffet. Our coach reserved the rooms so I am not sure if it was an additional charge for breakfast or if it was a special because our whole team was staying. I would call and ask.

An older hotel, but well maintained. The rooms are generously sized, the location is urban but reasonably quiet. There is a nice courtyard for your dog and the dog fee is $30. A great place for a good night's rest.

Great stay, clean rooms, good service. Update; my nephew left his phone behind and they are trying to get it shipped back to us. I can't thank them enough for saving us the time to have to drive back as we were already about an hr away from the hotel. Thank you!

My dog and I really loved the courtyard! Spacious room, nice light and smells neutral (not sure what a previous poster was talking about).

Everything about this hotel is great. Rooms are clean and customer service is top-notch.

We stay here whenever in Wichita. Location is convenient.Hotel is clean and decorated beautiful.Staff is very knowledgeable,friendly and always helpful.Amenities include pool,hot tub, exercise room,laundry,outdoor area with a fire and Green Mill restaurant..Lots of areas in the lobby to gather with friends or family

Rooms would get a higher rating if the shower had decent pressure and the head was so messed up. Service has been good but nothing to rave about. The did let me get my keys before the room was done being cleaned since we were getting married and would be back very late and enebriated. Closest we could get to a honeymoon suite was a standard king at a holiday inn 🤣

Came in with our company. Room was clean, floor was quiet for me at least. Overall nice experience. Was a pleasant stay.

The staff at this Holiday inn has always been so nice and accommodating!! They always go above and beyond to help us! Love staying here!

If I could give this a 6 star I would. I made the reservation on the road as we had special needs. Hard time understanding her. When we got there the front desk found a perfect room. The parking lot is well lit. The lobby was so inviting. They followed full masking protocol. Kudos. Our room was well lit, clean and sofa to sit on. The bathroom was spacious and plenty of towels. We ate at on site Green Mill restaurant bar. Very good. Everything about our stay was great. Kudos to the high standards they hold themselves to.
Here we are back for another great stay. On our way to Texas. Louise pick us a great room. We enjoyed the hot tub and of course ate at Green Mill. This may be our favorite Holiday Inn. So relaxing! A shopping center across the street if you need anything. Kudos to the great employees and standards.

Breakfast was great as well as the servers. They were very attentive! The service at the front desk was great and prompt. Not too far from anything, as there are shops directly across the street as well as the freeway. Overall I’d say it was a good experience, no issues to speak of at all. I’ll stay again

Perfect for our travel needs. Clean, stylish, non-smoking room in very good condition. Excellent food in hotel restaurant for dinner. Friendly staff. I did lose a bracelet while there that wasn't turned into lost and found. Otherwise, a great experience.
