Randy is a really good agent to work with. He is very knowledgeable and resourceful. While working with him, I can see from the very first house tour that he put the client’s interest at top priority. He pointed out both big and small problems of any house we toured. With his many years of experience in finance and real estate, he could quickly see a house’s selling/buying point or value. Randy gave valuable advices but never pushed me to rush on any decision. Beyond advices, Randy also used his resources/connections to help the sellers to do the necessary repairs stated on the contract even though he is the agent for me, the buyer. I knew those repairs were done with very reasonable or favorable prices. Randy made all the arrangement. Without Randy’s help, the sellers didn’t know where to find suitable repair persons at affordable price. In my opinion, Randy’s help was critical in preventing the sale falling apart. He was devoted and highly efficient. I highly recommend Randy for anyone trying to buy or sell a house.

Jessica Kueker was our agent in both selling our old and purchasing our new home. Jessica had every bit of experience we were needing to search for a home and to answer the many questions we had when we had found one we wanted to purchase. She was honest on all potential issues that could pop up and provided a great path to buy the house we wanted at a fair price and with details included in our contract to protect us on our purchase. She also did an incredible job of listing our house, from the listing itself to her excellent communication, and personability throughout the whole process. 10/10 would recommend every time.

Randy did an AMAZING job in helping us purchase our property on 2430 Players Circle in Manhattan, KS as well as sell our property on 2621 Valentine Lane in Junction City, KS. We live in NW Kansas which is 3.5 hours away from the properties that we were looking to purchase and sell. Randy did Facetime calls with us looking at properties until we found the one that we finally purchased in which we made the trip to look at the property in person. He had great knowledge of the geographic locations as well as was very knowledgeable in the competitive purchasing price while considering the future resale value for the area. When it came to selling our property in Junction City, Randy knew exactly what needed to be done for resale purposes and with us living so far away he even dedicated his personal time for some home improvements for curb appeal which was greatly appreciated!!! Randy was superior in negotiations on both the purchasing as well as selling ends and always treated us with the upmost respect! He was always in communication with us every step of the way so we never felt out of the loop anywhere. We have found a life-long friend with this endeavor. We cannot recommend him enough if you are looking to either purchase or sell a property. If we could give him 10 stars, we certainly would!
