I stopped at shop quick #6 @821 East Chestnut in junction to get gas cashier #9 put my prepaid on the wrong pump when I went in to say something they told me that there was nothing they could do so now I'm out $25 bucks I will never shop at one of your stores I'm telling all my friends an family how your store ripped me off

This store recently hired a new employee who is trying to rip off KS lottery players by either keeping their FREE TICKET or not returning the PLAYERS COPY if the ticket has more plays on it. Should you realize she deliberately did this & go back to the store for the players copy SHE DELIBERATELY KEPT & CONCEALED FROM YOU-only giving you the 'free ticket' she has a pre prepared excuse of WE TRIED TO GIVE YOU THE PLAYERS COPY BUT YOU WALKED OUT! Well, why didn't you make any attempt to just hand it to us? Then this deceitful drama queen has a loud guilty melt down when this lie isn't believed. Over 2 times she did this with my friend & twice with her family member. Who else is this employee keeping the Player's copy with more plays on it from? Is this legal? What's the big deal about just handing over the PLAYERS COPY when she hands you your FREE TICKET?! Cops & KS lottery employees are aware of this scam in Topeka, now it's being used by staff in Manhattan.

every single time I get gas in my vehicle I have to walk through rain or snow or freezing temperatures to go inside and get a receipt. None of these gas pumps have working receipts. The girl at the counter says that they do that so that you will go inside and buy something when you get your receipt. The other girl says they're not going to fix the receipts until they get new gas pumps in a year or two.
