I cannot say enough kind things about this office. I first started coming to Ross after having a terrible experience at another vet and I will always be greatful for Dr. Ross and Dr. Fairleigh as well as all of the techs that helped keep my furry best friend comfortable up until we couldn’t anymore. Their compassion and professionalism while helping my cat cross the rainbow bridge is something I was always remember and be greatful for. Your pets are in truly the best hands with Doctors Ross and Fairleigh.

Been the best to us and our dogs since they used to be out on county home. Often kennel our pup there when we out of town and she loves it. Never had any pets love going to the vet accept for Dr Ross.

Dr. Ross is good as her word, or even better. I appreciate her professionalism and promptness to our dogs' situations. Thank you.

The vet techs here are amazing. They take time to get to know you and the animal(s). They find something (beyond your non-human family member) to relate to you over and then are amazing with the animals.

I can not say enough good things about this place! They provide excellent care. I previously went to another vet for many years and this was the best switch ever. They actually listen and provide wonderful solutions and feedback, unlike the other place(s) I have been to with my fur babies. I am so impressed with the staff and pricing. Check them out!

awesome! I've never felt rushed and feel like they genuinely care about giving me the information I need as a pet parent, and giving my pet great care. I recommend them to everyone who asks where I take my girl.

I have two new cats adopted at Cedar Valley. Dr. Ross and her staff seem very efficient and answered all my questions.

Staff was great. We didn't get the best news about our dog, but it was honest, caring, straight forward information. She also didn't try to use or beloved girl to make a big profit. I'm very grateful to Dr. Ross and to my daughter for recommending her.

Ross Veterinary Clinic is great. The doctor that took care of my 3 birds spoke sweetly to each one to calm them down while trimming their beaks and nails. She's a very caring vet. It was a wonderful first visit. 🐦

Dr Ross and her staff are awesome. I've been taking my animals here for 8+ years. Reasonable prices and she truly cares about animals and their people. Their new office is wonderful! My daughter loves sitting in the cat room and playing with the cats who are waiting to be adopted.

The assistants at the front desk were courteous and friendly. Dr. Kula was excellent as well. My dog was having serious issues and they worked us in within an hour, and did a great job fixing her. Molly is as happy as ever and so am I.

Been taking our pets there for the last 17 years or so (dogs, hamsters and i am sure my hedgehogs will need a visit at some point as well). I have always felt welcomed when I walk in the door. Upon entering, you are 'greeted' by a cat or two and, of course, dogs that are behind the counter. Dr Ross has always maintained a professional demeanor, she knows what she is doing, and takes great care of 'her' animals. I want my vet to care for my animals the same way I would care for them....and Dr Ross does that. She 'talks' to them to ease their fears, gives rubs/kisses and the treats don't hurt either. Four years ago we had to say goodbye to our dog. She was in too much pain to put in the car, so Dr Ross made a house call...cried with me as well. The staff run a very well organized office as well. My food and medicine are always in stock for me. Her pricing is very fair as she is not a vet who is out to take advantage of clients. I ALWAYS recommend Dr Ross when I hear of someone looking for a vet.---deb

I love everyone at Ross Veterinary Clinic! They care about our pets like they were their own. I can't say enough about how wonderful everyone is. They even called a few days after we took our kitty home from surgery to see how he was doing, and called again a few days later to make sure he was still doing well. And they are very affordable.

We absolutely love Dr. Ross! We moved 2 hours away, but have felt so well taken care of, we think it is worth the drive. It is hard to find someone that loves your pet as much as you do, but that is our experience with Dr. Ross. She always takes the time to answer all of our questions in a patient, caring way. Dr. Ross has saved my dogs life twice now!!! anyone that say anything neg. about her, I think is very wrong.!! This lady does care for every animal that comes through her doors!!!!..even if it is a frog..My family and me will never go any were else,, because of her love for all pets!!!You give her a chance she will always do the best she can.I want to say that my dog was in very bad shape and she called her whole staff in on father's day ,,, this is how much she cares for her clients and there animals.. I highly recommend Dr Ross and the staff at the clinic. They go above and beyond to make me and my dogs feel like family. I never hesitate to call with questions or problems as they are always more than happy to help. I recommend all my friends and family to go their because of the time and care we receive. Ross Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Ross -- are WONDERFUL. Dr. Ross is a very caring Veterinary. She cares and treats your pets just as if they were her pets. I have nothing but positive things to say about her and her staff. She takes special care of my dogs - my baby has special needs and is blind -- which makes my dog extremely nervous in different situations and settings. Dr. Ross and her staff has always taken the time to make her fill comfortable -- and help her to relax in the office.
