My husband buys the Brooks brand tennis shoes. We have been coming to this store for years. The last few times we have been in Justin has helped us. He is quick, friendly, and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend this shoe store.

Justin helped me get a new pair of tennis shoes as well as a tennis shoe hiker for my vacation-he was amazing. While working with him I asked about a couple men’s shoes for my Dad who, has dementia and is in memory care assisted living -Justin welcomed me to bring him in -I did and Justin helped me get Dad into a great shoe. Love the personal attention Justin gave me as well as working patiently with my Dad

Amazing customer service. Always welcomed with a smile and welcome to browns when visiting. Bought a pair of keens about 3 months ago, went into get a receipt to do warranty with keen and they just swapped them out right there. Amazing. You gained a life long customer.

Got excellent help from Anthony in picking out shoes and a belt. All of the staff seemed very patient and knowledgeable, plus the store had a good selection of the Keens that I was looking for.

The customer service here is SO seamless, coherent and knowledgeable. As soon as we entered we were greeted by the staff and was asked if we needed assistance. First impressions matter and they led us to EXACTLY what we were looking for, assisted us in the fitting process and was overall extremely helpful. All this and we didn't even buy BUT,we're definitely coming back to do so! Thank you all for the great experience.

It was my first time shopping at Brown's today, and I think I'll have to come again sometime. The salespeople were very helpful. They didn't make you feel like you were being pushed into a sale or rushed. Gave me space to look around and narrow down the options. Good advice, too, on choosing between two different pairs. The prices seemed fair. I expected to pay over what Amazon.com would charge, but it was the same (I bought a pair of Keen's sandles). Plus, I didn't have to wait for shipping and got to try them on!! So I'm very satisfied. A+

Best place in town to buy nice, quality shoes that will last! They always have a wide selection, and the sales people are very helpful and willing to assist you in finding the right pair that actually fit. I've never left here disappointed with a purchase, or the service. Highly recommend!

Brown's Shoe Fit has a great selection and is one of the few local places that consistently stock women's size 11 shoes that are cute, comfortable and well made. Shoe styles are varied and I can most always find a new brand to check out alongside favorite brands. And there is a sales rack every time I visit.

They are so kind and helpful! They helped me get a few different sizes, and helped me to put on the shoes each time and adjust them for me while I was trying them on. Great customer service.

Service is well worth the money. Staff knows their products and was eager to help my wife and I. As for price, they are a bit expensive but the shoes high quality. If you need something special or you have a plaguing injury I would recommend giving them a look.

I feel like this store is a secret that everyone should know about. I can't speak for their men's shoes, but they have all of my favorite women's brands and lots of them! I found a pair of Danskos that I've been looking a year for and I got a pair of Dansko sandals that I haven't seen anywhere else. Go!
