Constance is the best when it comes to selling homes! I was a bit nervous when purchasing a home for the first time but Constance made it a seamless experience and helped calm my nerves and answered all my questions. Not only was she patient with my needs and million questions, but extremely knowledgeable about the industry and what to expect when purchasing a manufactured home. I’m so pleased with my purchase and her customer service. I’ve never had anyone take such great care of me. I highly recommend requesting Constance for purchasing a home. She is amazing at what she does and really cares about her clients.

Every time we need help with maintenance, you can count on Jerry. He's very communicative and gets the job done quickly. He also takes the extra time to get to know you a little and he's just overall so kind. We are definitely lucky to be in the community that he helps maintain.

I have lived in Marion Village for 11 years and I am extremely impressed by how management is working so hard to make our community a wonderful place to live! After the Derecho last year they worked extremely hard to get it all cleaned up so quickly! They have continued to make huge progress since. Tearing down destroyed or abandoned older homes that were an eyesore! Moving in many beautiful new homes and even putting in parking pads for your car! If I've ever had a question the office staff and management have been a great help in answering them! The maintenance guys are awesome people too! This is the absolute best I've seen this place look! It's literally quit simple, do your part in being a responsible renter/owner keeping up your residence and you have no problems! I absolutely LOVE living her and would recommend it!

Great changes are still happening at MV. Yes, rules are in the community, but they keep it from looking trashy... it isn't a trailer park. Marion Village is definitely making changes for the better. They have come a long way from where they were a year ago. I like the changes and the clean up that is happening.

Friendly office staff willing to work with you on the rent if needed occasionally. Playground has been around for years and is well kept. We do have stray cats that are taken care of by a few people scattered around but we do Not have a rodent problem! Now that construction is finished on 35th st the road signs are back up. I have lived here on and off over 15 years and in the last 5, especially the last 1-2 years the old run down homes are being removed for brand new homes to be brought in! Since this manager took over the place is becoming nicer and nicer! I look forward to the future

Deb in the office has been more than helpful. She has been so kind and patient and amazing on helping me decide if living in this community is right for my family. She follows up with me and lets me know that new homes are arriving to see if its the fit we need for our family. We are excited to see what this opportunity brings. Thanks Deb for your kindness and understanding! You rock!!!!!

Very pleased so far. Deb is by far the most pleasant, happy, enthusiastic and helpful person I’ve ever worked with in finding a place to live! She has made the moving experience so easy and fun. I think I made the best choice of living in Marion village,everyone is so nice and treat you like family,every time I needed maintenance it was never no wait time😊they come and serve you ASAP and I love that,I love my home it’s
so nice and beautiful makes you don’t want to leave and go anywhere, Richard is over beyond nice and goes out his way to make you happy he always answer any questions you have or need😊it’s very quiet and clean, no disrespect, no loudness,it’s just like you’re in heaven😊 would I ever recommend Marion Village yes indeed I will⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I will give Marion village a ten and more

The staff is amazing! Brandi, Deb, Tracey and Jerry are wonderful!! They are kind, welcoming and get things done for you! We enjoy our home and our neighbors are nice.

I just want to share that my experience with Marion Village staff has been amazing for me and my mom. One of the staff members Deb has worked so hard to get us in the perfect home. I am truly grateful for everything that they have done for us. The staff here are so dedicated and truly compassionate in helping. I'm truly grateful and happy to be able to call Marion Village my home community.

I always enjoy going here it was always a lot of stuff to do here even though it's very small. All the businesses had took a hit from the storm we had back in summer but I slowly coming back together like brand new again good job

Great environment here. The employees are really understanding and try their best to solve any issues. I am really impressed by the knowledge and friendliness of Jerry the maintenance guy. Great place to rent from!

My experience there was my whole childhood years and my teen years and some adult years were all in that trailer court .my parents and brother still live there it will be 50 years they have lived there this year.NOW THATS MEMORABLE 💚😁
