Sarah did a fabulous job grooming my two cats. They’re both fairly difficult when it comes to grooming and bathes, but it seems like they did it without too many troubles. Thanks again for getting their fluff under control!

Was very impressed with their grooming center. They handled two very stubborn corgis who didn't want their nails trimmed with perfect professionalism. I will be going back here for all their grooming needs. They didn't even have to drug them like they have to at the vets office.

Highly recommend Cassie as your groomer! She has a bright, friendly, caring personality and makes your dog feel welcome. After his groom my puppy smelled nice, fur was soft, and nails trimmed and smooth. Me and my puppy left very happy!

Have started to stop in lately on my way home. Megan provides excellent customer service and the store meets all my needs.

This is the second time we took our dog to get groomed here. Both times was a great experience. He likes the workers. He looks great when they’re done with him and does a great job on his nails too. We will be back.

I had my toy Poodle puppy groomed and they did a good job and she looks very good.

Got my baby Snowball (Syrian Hamster) here and always come back for supplies (she only eats food from here lol)! They are super nice and actually care about my animals! I brought Snowball in her ball because I needed a new cage and they wanted to know all about her! Super nice and helpful!

Dru groomed Millie this week and did a awesome job. She is 7 months and they took there time and made an enjoyable experience for her. Thanks so much to Dru and her co worker.

Knowledgeable staff on several trips in; specifically the aquatic life area.

Person we worked with was very helpful with picking out new tankmates.

We have a 30 Gallon tank and needed a few extra bottom feeders. We settled on a rubber nose pleco (my fave) and 2 cory cats.

They do a very good job trimming Fiona's Nails and foot hair. She isn't always cooperative but they handle her fine.

The PetSmart employees are so bubbly and sweet at this location. There's one cashier in particular who's just absolutely lovely and always greets everyone with the most cheerful tone of voice and always asks about how my lizards are doing. Love this place.

Employees kind, courteous and super nice. Very helpful. Excellent place to purchase all your pet needs. Puppy school is great.

Been to this store and to the SW side a lot over the last few days...
I was super impressed with the friendliness at both stores. Interacting with at least 6 different people and every single one of them was accommodating, friendly, and welcoming. Just had an issue with something I purchased there and they handled it very fairly and professionally. I didn't get everyone's name; but, the ones I did are worth calling out. Thank you, Dorian, Leon, and Redd!!!

Very helpful, they walked me right up to the items that I needed and gave me suggestions that were healthier for my pets that I wasn't aware of.

So many options and something for all kinds of pets. Like the selections for any special diets.

Our puppy loves the treats from here.

The store is always very clean. Employees have a true care for animals.
