it is a nice place to live and it is by the mall.

It's a little run down.

The apartments are dirty and filthy, inside and outside. I signed a year lease, which was a very big mistake. I never got to see the place until AFTER I signed up for it. When I moved in, I seen roaches crawling on the floor and in the cracks of the walls. I opened up the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen and there were dead roaches and roach eggs everywhere. And everyone that lives here is all just African refugees, who don't speak English and are very loud and rude. The only good thing about the area I live is the somewhat quiet outdoors. I can mostly walk anywhere that I want in a very safe and fairly quiet environment.
Also, these apartments have very poor upkeep of toilets and the heating. Calling for fixing certain appliances takes a long time and they don't even do very good job. So yeah, once my lease is up in September, I will be leaving.

I came to view the property. I'm new to Iowa. Out of no where, this heavy bald guy started yelling at me, red faced, telling me I couldn't walk there. If this is how they treat prospective tenants, myself and the other students looking will find somewhere else.

We have a 1 and 1/2 bathroom. The downstairs toilet doesn't flush. The property manager has known for months and done nothing. Find a place where people don't neglect you.

Property management is pretty poor. There’s one guy that is pretty much never available and rarely answers calls. Possible new tenants are and “inconvenience” to the rest of his duties.

Management is borderline incompetent and very lazy, the patio fence is rotting and barely standing, I would choose a better place to live.

Management is rude and unprofessional
