Could not recommend Dr. Broghammer more! I go for adjustments as needed, and the team here is almost always able to get me in the same day or next day. We moved to Iowa City a couple years ago, and I still will happily drive up to see Dr. Broghammer when needed. It can be hard to find a chiropractor who you trust and is highly effective, and I really appreciate being able to come here when needed.

Been getting DOT physicals for 25+ years, and this place is my new favorite. By far the most professional, friendliest, and smoothest run medical facility I’ve ever been in, plus the decor is comfy & cozy. But most importantly, respectful of my time. I was done and out 20 minutes before my appointment time. And Dr. Broghammer makes you feel like you’re visiting an old friend. Thanks y’all!

Amanda O’Sullivan is amazing! Her and the front office team get you in quickly, mostly the same day if you call early enough.
She is super personable, professional and can get anything fixed quickly.

I love this place! I see Dr. Smith and he is outstanding. He by far is one of the sweetest and most professional people you will meet! He genuinely cares about his patients. I will never go anywhere else! My 3 year old son comes with me to my appointments and Dr. Smith will let him shoot hoops into the waste basket with the paper he replaces on the chairs. It may seem like something so small, but that small interaction makes all the difference.

I had been to another chiropractor here in Cedar Rapids, Ia and sometimes I felt the same or worse. When Dr. Bowers at Chiropractic Clinic of Iowa got in touch with me I was hesitate to go back to another chiropractor. Since I have been with Dr. Bowers I haven't felt this good in a very long time. We have gotten my left side straightened out. My right side must be jealous because my pelvis I swear is always out. But every time I see Dr. Bowers I feel like a new person, it's hard to explain but it's like I'm young again, have that hop to my step and don't feel like I got hit by a dump truck. The staff there is awesome, friendly and always helpful. I recommend them to anyone that needs to get to feeling better. I can't say enough nice things about this place. They truly rock. A big thanks to Dr. Bowers for making me feel better.

I have spent four years with surgeons, and specialists trying to find relief with my lower back. After many epidurals, and treatments nothing helped. When I was told to go back to a chiropractor I didn't think anything would come out of it. Man was I wrong. Chris Smith on my first visit made me feel better than I had in four years. I can't believe the knowledge and professionalism from Chris. He is highly recommended.

Dr Chris Smith is a rare gem in the medical field! His expansive knowledge, his willingness to explain exactly what he is doing before he does it, and his delightful bedside manner (especially with children!) makes every visit something to look forward to! In addition, the adjustments actually work- he is well-versed in multiple techniques and knows when a specific adjustment should not be done. For example, a situation where there is a neck injury he will not automatically "crack" it and will use an alternative method. Highly, highly recommend!!

Dr. Smith and rest of staff is amazing. Between adjustments and therapy; my ankle healed quickly after being ran over. My Wife through headaches and pregnancy. Dr. Smith and staff always have us both feeling great!

Dr. O'Sullivan helped my shoulders and back. Used to hurt all of the time and now I go months without any pain or discomfort. The staff are friendly and very professional. Great experience!

I cannot say enough great things about the Chiropractic Clinic of Iowa. The entire staff, from the scheduling of my first appt. to concluding my last, made my visits a pleasure! I have been on Medicaid for 10 years now due to disability. During this time, I have developed a very negative perception of medical professionals, as a whole. In my experience, being on Medicaid has meant that I have very little choice in providers and, therefore, I'm left seeing a 'doctor' who sees me as inferior; a 'lesser' human being. During my time being treated by Dr. Chris Bowers, I have been treated with nothing but respect, dignity, and genuine sympathy for what I was going through. He has gone above and beyond to make sure that my needs were, not only met, but exceeded. This may seem a bit exaggerated but, I assure you, after 10 years of refusing to seek much-needed medical treatment in order to avoid being made to feel like a second-rate person, Dr. Bowers and his staff deserve this praise! Thank you guys SO much! Five stars isn't enough!

Dr. Smith has literally changed my life. I was in constant pain for years from an untreated gymnastics accident and he worked out a plan of physical therapy and adjustments for me. 100% recommend him for any issues.

I've been struggling with headaches for years. I'd have anywhere from 2-4 a week. I started a treatment plan with Dr. Bowers and I've only had 2 headaches within 4 weeks. I can't express how thankful I am to have my life back and to see how else this improves my health!

Doctor Bradley is the best chiropractor that I've ever seen, he's helped me the most with my shoulder and neck problems and every ache & pain in between. He is very knowable and professional, and very reasonable!
