Regular drive thru customer. I've never had a bad experience here, the food is always prepared correctly and my order is always right! I've only waited during times that the place was packed, other than that they run quickly and efficiently! Great location!

There is nothing better than Taco Bell at 1:15 in the morning on a Wednesday night. No really, there is nothing else open. There were about 6 cars ahead of me waiting to place their order. It took 30 minutes from when I got into the parking lot until I was able to leave with my food, so that wasnt ideal, but the guy at the window was surprisingly cheery considering how busy and how late it was. Its not exactly fine dining but it definitely hit the spot and it was much better than trying to find something in the fridge when I got home.

Visited on 9/9 around 1pm and the guy working today was super nice. I had my dog with me and he gave her a bag of cinnamon twists and I just thought it was a super sweet gesture. Thank you!

Ordered a simple taco with only meet and cheese, received one with everything, when. I took it back I got one with meet and tomatoes. When I clarified a 3rd time. They argued with me! How hard is it to make a simple taco?

I am here from out of town working and saw Taco Bell within walking distance of where I am staying! I went in and had such a nice experience. The staff was very friendly, I left with a smile on my face! Kudos to the team for working together so smoothly and bringing a little bit of joy.

Erin was the best! We came back home to see family and went out for Taco Bell breakfast. She was super patient with our huge party ordering a lot of different food options, everything was perfect, and she was really friendly with our kiddos. Feels good to be back home!

Awful service I love this place would recommend

They got my order right… well actually got two extra tacos!!! Everything was in stock except out of ice which was ok. Drive up guy super friendly!!!

Nice menu options. Cantina options are delicious!

Edit: this location is fun because I like to try and guess how long it will take to get through the line. I've never seen a slower line anywhere in my life. I'm in line right now and it has been 23 minutes. 2 cars have been helped in that time. I kind of want to call Guiness.

Food delivered fast and friendly. The beefy 5 layer burrito satisfied, though it leaned towards bland. Sauce makes up the difference.

The tables were clean and an employee took care of the dining room twice during my meal. Kudos for clean!

I ordered online ahead of time and picked up in the drive through. I ordered a protein bowl and 2 burritos. The protein bowl was delicious with fresh tasting ingredients. The person in the drive thru was fast, friendly and efficient.

Has the absolute best staff, and food out of every location I’ve been too. The staff stays late often just to accommodate the mass amount of customers that show up super late. I’ve had my order messed up one time, and when I called they were quick to assure me they would correct it. I told them I would come pick it up then, and when I arrived it was ready for me. Wonderful people!

The Best taco bell in Cedar Rapids. Polite,articulate and well mannered staff. Food presentation is it just like you see on the commercials not like the other Taco Bells mess they serve.

We placed an online order and one of the employees double checked with me to ensure my order was right, which was greatly appreciated since my orders are always customized! Food was hot and fresh!

Today I took my 3 year old son to tacobell for lunch. I ordered in the drive through do to the virus running around. Received a less then average service and was handed a sealed bag had to ask for my drinks even though the cashier had to lift my bag over my drinks. My son in his car seat had his window down and said Hi to the lady 3 or 4 times, she looked directly at him and turned to continue talking to someone about another employee not getting his paycheck. Once we got home we opened up sealed bag to find that they did not include the cinnatwists that come with the box meal (Common issue with this location) and they had failed to include the requested mild sauce, only the Diablo that was also requested

Was just here the crew working now is Amazing! We had like a $51 order, feeding 6 people! The 2 gentleman working the window were so sweet and kind and amazing! They Both said Hi to James and AND handed him his food personally! I am Beyond impressed with these fine men!

Although the payment got a little messed up the manager Reggie was amazing. Helped find a middle ground, got everything made correctly in the bag. Anytime I go to the Taco Bell across town they always make something wrong. But Marion while they may have their ups and downs they always come to a great solution

I go to this Taco Bell pretty often and it is always pretty good. They do a decent job of keeping the place clean, and they always pretty quick. The employees are always nice and some of them are extremely personable. Would recommend this location.

Day shift manager Jennifer runs a very pleasant, clean store. Her crew as she is are always fast and efficient preparing custom orders to perfection. One outstanding employee who mans the front counter takes and delivers orders, stocks supplies, and keeps the dining area in pristine condition with his always present friendly smile is Brad. I asked him why he does so much. His reply, "Its my job!". Bravo to Taco Bell for having such a concensious group of employees.
