Chad and Johnny helped us when we were out of luck with another mover. They moved our piano the day we contacted them and we’re very professional during the entire move! Next time we need to move, we will be calling Professional Moving Guys!

The staff was super friendly and professional. They arrived on time and completed a 2 hour job in an hour! They were very careful with all of our furniture and had all the proper tools for the job!

Edmund the owner has NO people skills and is very dismissive regarding customer needs. Hired this company to load a truck, being the truck was going to unload at two different places 5 miles apart, we asked that certain stuff be loaded first so it could be dropped off last (knowing heavy furniture, etc needed to go to front of cab). Edmund argued with me that there would be wasted space, I told him I was alright with that and I would deal with anything that would not fit on if need be, but needed him NOT to mix contents because of the 2 different drop off locations.. He got angry and kept insisting on mixing. This argument persisted the entire time while loading. He did a wonderful job loading and stacking just was very argumentative and not focused on what the customer needed. If I had not been on a time line I probably would have fired him on the spot because he was very difficult to deal with and added more stress to an already stressful move. Not to mention the fact that Im not keen on paying $150 per hour to have someone argue with me regarding a service I'm paying for.

Everything was great. Then the unpacking happened. The guys that unloaded had to really work on the boxes that were on top of the roll-top lid. Now I cannot even open it to play it..his answer was he loaded it and its out of his control. Grumbling on this for sure.
