Will NEVER shop there again. They don't accept returns. My daughter spent way too much. I told her to return a few things. No one and I mean no one looks at the receipt for a return policy and maybe a few more than no one notices a sign next to the register.

I was very disappointed in the customer service. I was in the store looking around seen a cute sweeter. The employee walked right past me and greeted someone else coming in the door. I was interested in buying the sweater but decided that i didn’t want to spend my money on a place that didn’t have the respect to great me. I’ll go to dry good or the buckle!

I have had horrible experiences while working and shopping at this bohme location. The new store manager and especially assistant manager are extremely snotty and rude while talking to their customers. Also not very helpful! While the assistant manager is working she is always behind the counter just standing there or doing nothing..she should be on the sales floor, helping the customers or making the store look presentable. (which it never does). I bought a pair of leggings there and I went to go return them WITH IN their 14 day return policy..and was denied. When I purchased them, the manager did not tell me about their return policy changing with in the next two days. Also, what kind of manager tells you that you can return them and when you go to make the return, you get denied? Horrible customer service. Anyways, I was treated with complete disrespect when I was trying to return the leggings. I was not offered to exchange them either. They (demitri) told me since I didn't have the tag, I could not return them. They actually needed to be marked damaged and sent back because they were such poor quality leggings. All I know is I will not be wasting any of my money there again. This store has a horrible return/exchange policy and it is not worth my money.

On two different instances i have had a horrible experience at this store and would not recommend it for anyone. The first time i purchased a gift for my girl friend for her birthday that was at the end of the month she ended up not liking it by the time we were free to return the clothing item that was never worn with tags still attached they told us there is a no return policy after 30 days i simply told the snobby cashier that was being very rude ok thats fine but i wish i would have been told this before i bought anything or atleast whatever policies they may have. So i blew it off and went on my way. A few months later we went back to purchase an outfit for new years for my girl friend the next day she decided it wasnt going to work so she went back the next day knowing ok its within 30 days we can return it and get back the cash it was paid for with. Once we get to the store to return it they tell us they have another absurd policy that if you return an item you can only get store credit on a gift card or find another item in the store of that value when we paid with cash. So we figured fine get the gift card well they just happened to be out of gift cards and the $70 we spent on the item was needed to buy a different outfit elsewhere again a policy we were completely unaware of and never told about. So even though they did not have a gift card to give us and refused to give us the cash back we spent there we had to buy another item. What the hell kind of store has these hidden policies that they do not share up front or on any sign in the store and even when it comes down to a customer stating they will no longer do business with this store if they cannot simply refund their money or atleast full fill their policy of a gift card. In my opinion they do horrible business and the employees only stood back and gawked while being very rude. Thanks again Bohme you will no longer receive our business or anyone we know.
