Good Year

In need of urgent car repair after the Christmas holiday. Mostly tires,oil change,and complete car check over the whole vehicle. Good Year Tire in Marion got us right in , could not ask for better service. Yes, I felt so relieved and cared for !
Then Katie, filled out all the paperwork for warranty information and put it all in an envelope "with a stamp" so we could mail the letter that day. Done and Good to Go!
We left with a smile, gratitude, and a warm sense of goodness that I haven't felt in a very long time. Thank you Troy,Katie and the service family and workers and service tech. Your family made a difference in all the best ways. This family father is truly grateful, for your diligence and Great work and our experience with you. Yup 100% peace of mind. Daughter made it home safe and sound. ☺

Our alternator belt shredded and we got there just in time, they were absolutely amazing and got it fixed in 45 minutes!! We told them we had somewhere to be in a few hours and they got us in right away, the staff and owners are awesome!

Everyone I have talked to has been so nice, polite, and seems honest and straight forward. They get my car serviced quickly and when they called me with the services that were coming due soon, they told me which ones could actually wait until my next service. I will be returning.

Good Year in Marion not only has an amazing staff but the owners are the absolute best of the best! They are personable and the most selfless individuals I have ever met.
