I recently purchased a dishwasher and had it installed. It was a completely seamless process. They weren't pushy and it was easy to add a delivery after the initial purchase. The installers were knowledgeable, nice, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend.

We have never had less than terrific service from Iowa Appliance - all the way from selection to installation to service calls. And the only service calls we had were a minor installation oops (forgot to turn on the washer water) and our decision to reverse the washer and dryer positions. These guys do great work!

SO Disappointed.. Disappointed it took me THIS LONG to find this place! Super helpful and new machine in stock! We had to replace a Maytag after 1 service call and like 7 repairs in 2 years.. (JUNK!) Had what we needed in stock! No attitudes, like the last place we purchased all our previous appliances from, just helpful people trying to keep our families never ending laundry going! Shawn gave us the information we needed to pick the right washing machine and the delivery guys were fast, friendly and efficient. Awesome experience all around! THANK YOU!

Reliable, friendly service. Helped me get a new washer for my property in 24 hours. Comparable prices to big box stores without the "take a number" vibe. They even waived the delivery/installation/haul away fee.

Our 7 year old GE Profile dishwasher decided to not work right anymore so we tried Iowa Appliance Center for the first time. They had an LG dishwasher that we liked in stock and they were able to deliver it and install it the very next day. That's almost unheard of with the big box stores we've always used in the past. The installers Rick and Ryan did one of the most professional installs I've seen. This is our 4th dishwasher in 15 years. Not one of the big box stores spent the time to properly level the dishwasher actually using a level like these guys did. Thanks and great job.

We recently purchased a washer/dryer set from Iowa Appliance and couldn't be more satisfied. This is our third purchase from them, and each experience has been extremely positive. They were knowledgeable about all of their products and answered all of our questions to help us find the right appliance for our needs. They were easy to talk to, and we never felt rushed to make a decision. Communication was great from the initial order through the delivery and installation. They were also proactive in finding rebates from the manufacturers in all three instances that made the purchases that much more affordable. It's so nice having a local, family-owned operation that offers wonderful service and competitive prices.

From the first phone call to delivery and installation, I loved working with Iowa Appliance. They treated me like family the entire step of the way. I highly recommend purchasing from them as they are amazing to work with and helpful. I also highly recommend the Speed Queen brand washer and dryers. A little more pricey but the warranty and value of the product is well worth it. We have family in the plumbing industry and he sold us on the product. If it's good for him, it's great for us.

If there was a maximum 10 rating I would give John Maldonado a 15!!! He is timely, professional, personable, friendly, knowledgeable - it's obvious he loves what he's doing and does it well. Efficient and effective. I will never call anywhere else for appliance service. Iowa Appliance will be our life long appliance center.

I have had somewhat of a saga with my washing machine going out over the past couple of months. Iowa appliance center was happy to come out and work on my machine even though it wasn't under warranty anymore (not many places I called would do this). Everyone I interacted with was very professional and helpful. Whether it was the customer service reps on the phone/online chat or the service techs at my home (especially John) they made sure that I was taken care of and got my washing machine working again. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely return as a customer again.

Our washer broke over the weekend. I ordered a new washer and dryer set yesterday and today they had them delivered and installed already!

Last year we ordered a fridge from here and it was also delivered and installed quickly! We had a small issue with it, and someone came out to fix it quickly and professionally.

Prices and service are wonderful. Highly recommend!

We returned from our winter in the south to find our GE refrigerator ice maker no longer working. We called Iowa Appliance and spoke with a man that answered the phone. I’m sorry I do not know his name.
I wanted to schedule a service call and the man asked what the problem was. He quoted the service could run as high as $500!
But first, he offered this. He said to empty the fridge and freezer and let it thaw out for 24 hours.
I did this and the system is now working fabulously.
I really appreciate this man offering this suggestion, instead of scheduling a service call!
Thank you to whoever this was that helped me and thank you to Iowa Appliance.
I will defiantly shop here now and refer whenever possible.

John M. most recently came out and assessed my dryer, quoted me a price for a new part. Based on the price of the part I was now in the market for a new dryer. John provided knowledgeable information about a dryer he highly recommended and that he uses in his own home. I trusted John based on the knowledge he provided. I went out to their store the same day and purchased the dryer John recommended based on warranty, quality, price of replacement parts and overall workmanship. The dryer is set to be delivered next day!

My LG stackable washer and dryer were installed today. From the time I ordered online right thru delivery I couldn't have asked for better customer service. My delivery guys (lead by Owen) were SO friendly and courteous. They placed and set up the unit perfectly and made sure I knew some of the features before they left. I will be buying a refrigerator in the near future and I will absolutely use Iowa Appliance Center for that purchase.

After searching for a good price everywhere on the washer and dryer I wanted I found the best price here and to boot it’s a locally owned business! Communication was great, scheduled a delivery fast. Took 20 minutes for them to remove my old hunk of junk and set up my brand new one. I was very pleased and will definitely be doing business here from now on for all my appliance needs.

I called and made an appointment to fix my dryer. Within a week Mitchel showed up on time performed a fix. Over all a quick and painless experience.

The staff there is very helpful. Their service team has capable staff as well.
The LG dishwasher that I had purchased from them was going to be discontinued by LG but its only been 3 years and I still had warranty remaining. So LG gave credit $$ to replace it w/ another DW. IAC communicated it to me and also reminded me of the upcoming deadline etc. Their staff helped me choose my new DW as well. Even if they didn't have the model you are looking for on the floor, they will direct you to a comparable one and talk thru the differences etc. Shopping for appliances at a local store is a great experience

John was out to service my Kenmore washer, even though I didn't purchase it through Iowa Appliance! He quickly diagnosed that it needed a new inlet valve, and was back to replace it within the week! Everyone in the office was very helpful when calling to schedule my service appointment. Great service and will be calling again if I need anything in the future!

My experience here was great. Shawn is an expert on appliances and was great in helping me with selection of a product that met my expectations. The install team lead by Tyler was professional, punctual, and very thorough. LG washer and dryer working and looking great!

Love Iowa Appliance. They have done my washer, dryer, water heater, fridge downstairs and now my whole kitchen. Very easy to deal with. Helpful and very on the ball to help. I bought a whole kitchen appliance set and 3days later I had a new fridge thanks to them. My old one went bad quick, I called the day after I bought the set and within 48 hours I had a new fridge. Exceptional. Thanks Natasha and Iowa Appliance Center. Oh BTW they also told me about rebates available, provided forms and even refunded me money when my fridge went on sale 5 days later. How awesome!
