Got a pair of earrings for my mom for Mother’s Day today, I didn’t know what to buy her as I don’t frequently buy jewelry. The two ladies working were very helpful, sarah and Kim. They helped me get a great gift for my mother.

Great quality selection. We went to get our jewelry cleaned and inspected today and both associates were professional and friendly. Made for a very pleasant visit. Love their lifetime warranty! Of course we have to look at their clearance jewelry every time...never know what you may find. :-)

Rachael was amazing!! We stopped in to look at rings as we struggled at other places and just were not happy with the service and quality we received. Today at Helzberg she knocked it out of the park. I got the most beautiful ring and amazing service. She is so friendly and you can see she TRULY cares about what you want. Best jeweler in Cedar Rapids. They are always friendly even when very busy. They offer a lifetime warranty on many items as long as you keep up with the maintenance schedule. We shopped probably 10 different shops for my wife's wedding ring. Their diamonds are the most beautiful and colorless. Many other shops diamonds looked yellow compared to my wife's engagement ring. Pricing seems fair and maybe a touch below the industry.

I was recently at hellsburg's diamand Cedar Rapids lyndale emplease specifically Abby Katie Stephanie Lisa Joshua And all the other ones I didn't catch the names of are absolutely fantastic individuals they were so knowledgeable and so helpful It feels hot and made me feel really esthetic About purchasing my purchasing my beautiful new highly recommend going to them again to anyone and I'll be a loyal customer for the rest of my life.

Was there with my daughter to get her rings checked. They offered to clean and check mine, too. They found loose stones and severely worn prongs in 2 of my rings. Will absolutely be taking my rings in to be repaired at Helzberg's! Great staff!!
