My husband and I went to purchase a wedding band to go with my recently upgraded engagement ring. Cynthia and Paul did a wonderful job helping us locate the Neil Lane band designed specifically for my ring as it was in clearance. They were very friendly and personable with no sales-y feel. They also wanted to make sure I was able to take advantage of a special discount with our purchase! I loved the band so much that I made a purchase for a second band to enhance my run even further! My second trip to the store was just as pleasant as the first. I felt like I was visiting old friends! They helped me get a price adjustment made due to a special going on as well as getting a warranty added and sending the rings off to be soldering my bands with no extra cost! Between Cynthia’s devotion to getting the job done, her sweetness and impeccable taste in jewelry selection and Paul’s fun loving and outgoing personality are the perfect match if you are shopping for something special. We bought my husband's wedding ring 15 years ago, he damaged it at work we took it in and we got a better ring,we had the life time guarantee and they honored it no questions asked. Then about 3 months later I lost a diamond out of my wedding ring and again they honored the guarantee no questions..the quality of the jewelry is great my husband buys me jewelry every year from them and I've always been very pleased

Chery and KC legit knocked it out of the park. Sold me a set of ear rings and necklace for my wife on my second wedding anniversary. Beautiful. She will love them. Meanwhile KC shined up my personal necklaces and Chery showed me a must buy ring to go with the necklace and earrings. Had to get it for my wife. 10/10 service. Extremely happy!
