Hannah in the Sales department at Kia is amazing. She takes her time with her customers and make them feel right at home. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a car. 10 Stars! Jason Murley, for me, has forever broken the mold of the stereotypical car salesman. So much so, I drove 13 hours round trip from Indiana to Iowa to buy a car from him.
With 2023 being the last year for the beloved Stinger, I started looking for one. I looked at no less than a dozen different dealerships and spoke to even more salesmen. Luckily, Jason was one of them. Over the course of our discussions Jason set himself apart from all the others by being very personable, and it became clear to me that he had integrity and high principle. Much more so than any salesman I have ever met. And he went the extra mile to help me get exactly the deal I wanted. It’s hard to put into words, but my intuition told me Jason was genuine and someone I could trust. You can not go wrong with buying a car from him. The world needs more Jasons.

Update, October 2023 - Jason does it again! 10 more stars. My wife's lease was near the end, and we wanted to look at Sportages. After doing some comparison shopping in Indiana, the deal Jason was able to get us, once again, made it worth the 6.5-hour drive. Honest, high integrity auto salesman seem to be exceptionally rare. Of those salesmen, Jason is the epitome.

I had been working with Jason for almost a year on ordering my new EV9. He kept me up to speed on what was happening almost monthly, then weekly and almost daily when it arrived. He was honest in his communication. There was no price mark up or add ons at the dealership. I was given a fair value for my trade. Paperwork was super easy. I have already recommended Jason to a few friends and will use him again when we are ready to buy another new car.

Called McGrath after trying to work with Kia Des Moines and having a bad experience and Cristi at McGrath immediately went to work for me. From the second, I called her she went over and beyond to get me the exact car I wanted at the price I needed to be at. We spent a few days over the phone going through financing, pricing, etc. Living a little over two hours away I never once had to drive to the location they did all of the negotiating, trade-in for my vehicle, financing And everything else over the phone and not only that Christi drove two hours after she got off work to bring me my vehicle. I never even had to leave my home. I have never had such outstanding service in my life when purchasing a vehicle! I very highly recommend Cristi and her staff at Kia, McGrath! If you want amazing over the top service, this is the place to be! I can’t say enough about Cristi and how patient and kind she was and absolutely sweet for driving my car all the way here! 1,000,000% recommend

Jason, Diana and Raymond were absolutely wonderful to work with! They made our leasing experience so smooth and easy. When we look for a car down the road this will be our first stop! Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else besides the McGrath dealerships, because there is no way any other dealership can match McGraths customer service, their attention to detail, and the value that they put in their customers. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had and it’s not even close.

I've had the pleasure of buying 4 Kia's in the last 4 years through Jason Murley. I can't recommend him enough. Anyone in the Cedar Rapids area has probably hear one time or another about McGrath, and bad experiences. I've had a bad experience myself in the past, but that's just not the case at McGrath Kia. They, especially Jason, go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and part of the family. I do have some bias towards Jason since he's been my guy for the last 4 years, but the entire sales team is warm, welcoming, and friendly.

Travis, Wes, and Cody in the service department have also helped restore my faith in McGrath as the have been excellent to work with. They are honest, and knowledgeable on issues, and if they don't know, they'll go through whatever to find out. Some would say they aren't perfect, the service team does make mistakes, but they aren't afraid to admit it and will move mountains to make it right. I think that DOES make them perfect.

I had a Great sales experience at McGrath Kia! I was treated honestly and respectfully. I like knowing the bottom line concerning out the door pricing, I was not pressured to buy extras. Eli treated me with respect and integrity. I highly recommend!

After a large deer totaled my car that I had purchased in ‘20 from McGrath Kia, I was anxious about getting a new one. I went back to the same dealership and the same salesman. Connor once again made the process as painless and enjoyable as possible! He even went so far as to go an hour away to pick up the one I wanted from another lot! His excellent service and personable nature made me a repeat customer! Morgan took care of the finance side of things and I was so impressed!! Jason murley is simply the best! I have bought a few cars from Jason. I first meet Jason in the quad cities (Davenport). He was always easy to deal with and got the best deals on anything related to buying a car. I wanted to buy a new car and Jason was now working at McGrath in Hiawatha so I went there to see him. I got a Kia Telluride 2024 and it was scheduled to be delivered within a year. 5 months and it was delivered. I did add on extras like warranty, undercoating, hitch and window tinting. McGrath dealership along with Jason gave me a great deal on everything I purchased. I would give Jason a 10 star rating! Thanks🙏

We all know it flat out SUCKS to deal with dealerships in general. They are dishonest, overpriced, and you always seem to get screwed somehow. With that being said, I will never get a vehicle if it is not from McGrath Kia in Hiawatha, and specifically one salesperson: Eli Foreman. I've gotten several vehicles from him so far. Not because there was anything wrong with them, just because I have a really bad habit of upgrading and exchanging vehicles. Eli is the best salesperson. He doesn't come off at all like a salesperson, he actually listens to what you say you want, he listens to what you tell him your budget is. He's not pushy at all, and just in general he's a really cool and laid-back guy. I always get a great deal from him, and I always end up getting a car that I really like. I highly recommend that if you ever have to go to a dealership for a vehicle, you go to McGrath Kia in Hiawatha, and specifically ask for Eli. If a vehicle is at another location in the McGrath dealerships, they will move it to Hiawatha. I will never buy a vehicle from anyone else or any other dealership. When I go here to buy a car from him, it's almost like I'm not even buying a vehicle I'm just sitting down and chit-chatting and I have someone who's very knowledgeable and very kind and laid back helping me... But it is definitely far from the normal and very nerve-wracking typical vehicle purchasing experience. So if you're looking to buy a vehicle, new or used, it would be a mistake not to purchase it from Eli at McGrath Kia in Hiawatha! And I mean that wholeheartedly, I do not know him outside of the dealership, but I can tell that he's just all around a very honest and good guy! This dealership is not like any other dealership. I couldn't be happier, and it is so relieving knowing that I have a dealership I can go to for whatever my car needs may be!

Jason Murley has sold me my last two Kia Rios at Lujack Kia in Davenport. I went to McGrath because he was there. He makes buying a car an enjoyable experience. I contacted him with the Seltos model I was interested in. When he obtained it, I scheduled a meeting to make the purchase. He walked me through all the steps for purchasing a new car (I forget everything between each purchase). He then went through all the features of the Seltos-quite an upgrade from my previous cars. Excellent vehicle and he knows his stuff. And thanks to his wife, who got the Seltos prepped for me. They're a great team! And thanks for the cookies!
