Logan Novak at the Ford location was AWESOME!! He was very transparent and updated me during the whole process. Great customer service skills and kind person! This was the 3rd time I got a car from McGrath and each time was a great experience! They work with you and make sure you get what you want and need. Kat in financing was amazing too!! Well worth the 2.5 hour drive to work with them!

I brought my car in for a recall, and Brett got me squared away, as always. Check-in was seamless even though they were pretty busy when I got there. They finished ahead of schedule, and I got regular text updates. I didn’t need the shuttle service, but it was offered. Easy recall appointment, and you can’t ask for anyone more helpful or professional than Brett. Give the man a raise pronto!

Last Saturday 3/2 our 2019 Ford Escape was idling very rough and the engine stopped. We got a appointment last Monday morning with the Service Department. Johann was our Service Advisor and contacted us later in the day that coolant was in one of the cylinders and that the engine needed to be replaced. The engine was covered under the Ford Powertrain warranty and no cost to us. We got the car back Friday and we're very happy with the service. Johann kept us updated through out the whole process. I also filed a claim with Ford Roadside assistance for the towing and they paid most of the towing bill.
We definitely recommend McGrath Ford Service Dept.

We were looking for a vehicle to replace our 2006 Jeep Liberty. We had made a previous car purchase with Bobby Milde, so we decided ask for his assistance. Josh Stack house and the Ford team did a great job tending to my needs recently. Their mobile service changed my tire to my spare during the day while I worked which allowed me to drop it off at their service station. I also learned they do interior detail work which is nice to know!

Zeke was super helpful and was able to fit me in extremely last minute on a service. The techs were so fast and got me in and out in under an hour. Great communication, friendly and welcoming staff. Thanks Zeke and Josh!

They had a misprint on a vehicle, I inquired and they honored the price. I was an out of state buyer. Traveled up, signed paperwork and was on my way, while they were in the middle of snow and super cold. Everyone was super friendly, communication was fast and great. They were honest. I’m ONLY giving 5 stars to the Hiawatha Ford Finance Director and his salesman that worked with us. My husband spoke to them regarding ONGOING issues with the service department at multiple locations. Payton bent over backwards to try to make everything right for us. We appreciate everything he did, truly. We will never go back to McGrath just because of the service experience alone.

I scheduled the appointment for my dad and Josh Stackhouse was our advisor. He was very consistent with his communication, and kept us up to date on the timeline when my dads vehicle would be finished. He’s been very helpful and always friendly whenever I have asked a question. Would definitely recommend Josh and the rest of the Ford service team at McGrath!

Outstanding customer service and communication! Both the customer rep (Josh) and one of the techs working on my truck took the time to call and text to keep me posted on any significant efforts or questions they had throughout the entire 100k miles service process.

Brett truly makes it all good. He explains everything so I understand what's going on with my Lincoln mkz. Kept me posted thru out the day. He's very good at his job.
