Cristin in sales was absolutely wonderful to work with! She was very pleasant, listened to me about what I wanted, and answered all of my questions. She kept in constant contact with me about my new car and was quite reliable. The day I picked up my new car, I had my son with me and Cristin treated him so nicely and listened to all of his ridiculousness! Cristin went above and beyond what she had to do to make this an easy sale for a car. It's nice to have a dealership actually care about their customers and what they want. Thanks again!

My car I bought from a a different dealership in Davenport last September completely broke down and needed a brand new engine. Luckily I bought the warranty and was able to get Zeke as my technician from McGrath Hyundai/Kia. He was transparent with the issues, and let me know every option available and let me ultimately decide which route was best for me and my family. When I say he went above and beyond I mean it. This warranty company of course was not able to get ahold of, for either of us and was looking to find any reason to not accept responsibility. Zeke fought for me, spent hours on hold and continues to keep me updated and offer assistance most technicians would not. Due to my experience with Zeke, McGrath has earned my next vehicle purchase.

Had a service appointment 2/2/24. Brett was really helpful with getting my car serviced in a short amount of time. He also helped me with a cosmetic issue on my Santa Cruz. Very friendly and courteous.

I’ve had issues with Mcgrath’s service but they’ve always corrected the issue very quickly at no charge and in a very professional manner, I’d like to thank the Hyundai service advisor Zeke for working hard to improve the experience I’ve had and making sure things are done correctly.

Raymond Liu and Cristen Reilly stay with me every step of the way. Explaining every step in the process and apologizing as our transaction went late into the night. Hungry and tired it was still a great experience because they both were so attentive, caring and kind. It had been a long time since I purchased a car and never ever considered lease. Because of these two I was able to clearly understand and compare leasing over purchasing which suited my current lifestyle best. Buying a new car is a momentous thing, and can cause trepidation. But I was treated like an old friend in an easy, comfortable way. Cristin made me feel comfortable in a genuine way. I had a lot of questions, and Cristin answered them thoroughly and patiently. Sometimes I asked the same question over and over, and she always cheerfully answered. She made me feel like the most important person while I was with her or on the phone. She was accommodating with scheduling. When my car arrived, she spent a long time orienting me to the many features that were new to me. It was a little like moving from a car to a spacecraft. This was definitely the best car-buying experience I've had.

Had my check engine light turn on and took it in immediately. I didn’t have an appointment scheduled but the service manager I worked with got a time and got my vehicle to be looked at. Ezekiel Stone was great to work with he got my vehicle in and checked and repaired and fought very hard to get all my repairs under my warranty. Unfortunately when I left my check engine light turned back on and I took it back to him where he set me up with a appointment next week to get my car looked at further and hold it over the weekend since they only found half of the problem. Overall he was amazing to work with and kept me updated with the services and repairs done to my vehicle and I’m sure he will fight hard again when I take my vehicle in and get the repairs under warranty. If you need to have your vehicle repaired try to get Ezekiel Stone to be your advisor he will treat you right.

Connor was wonderful to work with. Buying a car can be very stressful, but he made the process easy and fun. He didn't pressure me and he made sure my needs were met. He was patient and thorough! I would highly recommend him.

After a bad first time experience with McGrath in Dubuque, I called the Cedar Rapids location yhw same day and bought the very same car with no probkems, and am very satisfied with my purchase. My title took 10 days to arrive so they delivered a loaner to my house an hour and half paway, and delivered my new vehicle when it came in. Everyone i dealt with was great & friendly. Highly recommended
