We had some issues with the hot water heater in our first new travel trailer. They took their time getting it fixed right and taught us a lot along the way! Great service!!

Great folks. If you a interested in an RV we recommend that you talk to Ketelson before you buy. We made our first RV purchase this year. Absolutely no regrets. Only great memories. The staff are very knowledgeable and willing to take the time needed to make sure that you are making a purchase that matches your desired lifestyle and vehicle requirements.

I own a grand design imagine and was traveling from Austin, TX to Wisconsin when we discovered that the RV door lock was broken and we couldn't get in. Luckily, we came across Ketelsen. They installed a new door latch and had us underway in less than an hour. They were polite and efficient. I wish they were located closer to Austin.

Friendly, honest, no pressure RV dealership. They operate with integrity.

I am here to share an lengthy post on behalf of the Ketelsen Family and our wonderful experiences ----- as well as our issues and recovery --- FIRST, the Ketelsen family is an AMAZING family ----- their team is just AMAZING ----- there may be issues and yet we must remember that ALL humans make mistakes and behind each mistake there is resolve if the appropriate persons are contacted ---- In 1999 we took an elderly couple to Ketelsen's to purchase an camper, this was in their old shop located in Marion, Iowa --- we dealt with Gary and went home with an Palomino pop up camper ---- HOW EXCITING we were to get PAPA Grant out in the camper as he was wheelchair bound and needed outdoors remedies --- we popped it out and the awning was shredded, called Gary and was instructed to bring it in,, we did so and when we picked it up, the complete awning assembly was replaced NEW !!! Offered to pay for the costs and Gary was NOT hearing this !! Why am I sharing this ?? I am sharing this because the Ketelesen family operates on SATISFIED customers --- I read reviews that have horrible horrible statements,,, I also notice that in these articles that there was contact with an single individual --- OR the camper is defective --- well, everyone is human and makes mistakes, and the Ketelesen family does NOT make the campers as they are stuck with the constant headaches of getting defective campers going for their customers --- Enough of that---
Our recent dealings with the Ketelsens ---- we purchased an 2016 Jayco and was treated well, there were issues and they were resolved by their hard working team !!!! We then decided that the Jayco wasn't big enough and returned to purchase an 2017 Open Range ---- we left all our purchased add-ons with the Jayco for the next customer to enjoy !! NOW, from the moment we purchased the 2017 Open Range, there were issues after issues ----- after issues ---- between manufacturing issues and workmanship ---- we were frustrated and ready to give it back !!! NOW, we recently had our Open Range walk through as it's getting closer to completion !! Manufacturing issues are an constant headache to ANY dealership , workmanship are understandable as we are all human and make MISTAKES --- ALL OF US !! I have recommended Ketelsen's RV for many many years --- The Ketelsen's and their hard working team are there in the BEST interests of the customer ---- I will continue to recommend Ketelsen's RV and their team ----- To sum up our experiences, They've felt horrible of our experiences and are making our camper the best --- I LOVE THE KETELSEN FAMILY --- KETELSEN RV --- KETELSEN RV TEAM -- THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU ARE AND STAND FOR !! We will drive the 4hrs to deal with Ketelesen Family & RV !!

Excellent to work with. All negotiations were completed over the phone because I was from out of town. Very fair and reasonable prices as well as a fair price for my trade-in. When I finally was able to drive there and pick up my new travel trailer, the process was very efficient and there were no changes or surprises. The only criticism I would have would be on the walk-through of the new travel trailer that the person doing it Could’ve been more prepared. He seemed new and probably needs a little more training. Otherwise I highly recommend Hiawatha Ketelsen RV and would definitely work with them again.

We would recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a RV new or used to come and see the friendly staff. We purchased a used 5th wheel and everyone involved was GREAT! A special shout out to our salesperson Steve, he was awesome.

The staff is amazing! I’m a single mom new to the camping world, and Ketelsen has helped me tremendously with my camping experience. I bought a used travel trailer through private party. Started off with a few issues. The water fill hose needed replaced, and the water heater did not have a plug. Went into Ketelsens for the parts, and they knew exactly what I needed. I also needed a casing for my battery, and Travis grabbed an old one they no longer used and gave it to me for free!!! I will always shop here first for all my camping needs!!

Great group to work with and met my expectations regarding price on a used RV. The unit I purchased was in immaculate shape. I had service work performed one month following purchase and the work was done on time. Highly recommend this dealership.

We walked in told Steve, our awesome salesman, what we wanted. He took us to the exact one we described to him. We bought it on site. They delivered it to our campgrounds. The young man that delivered our camper was so extremely kind, knowledgeable and caring. This was our first camper. Service Department were excellent. They kept us informed on what was going on. We need to have a refrigerator replaced. Unfortunately the big box store we purchased from did not follow through with the delivery we instructed
But the staff went out of their way to get the refrigerator replaced in a timely manner. So much appreciated
