Best Buy

My husband bought an LG home theater system and because I'm a rewards member, we got $50 off unexpectedly. The staff is always knowledgeable and nice to work with. They also helped me with my son's Amazon Fire tablet when the screen cracked. We love going to Best Buy for all our electronics!

We buy all our appliances here. Had problems with our refrigerator and now we are so grateful we buy local. Best support we could image. Management is the best.
Employees all wear masks and are very helpful , knowledgeable and very friendly.

I went for a phone screen repair and it was great! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. My phone came back just fine and they even put the screen protector on for me. I would recommend making 2 appointments one for drop off and one for pick up. However it was all just fine!

I recently just purchased a laptop here. At first I wasn't sure about the specs of certain laptops, or which would work best for my needs. As soon as I walked into the section with all the laptops, I was greeted right away by one of their computer experts. She then proceeded to grab me a specs sheet which was quite useful. After telling her what I was going to use my laptop for, she recommended a variety of options. She knew exactly what she was talking about which made the buying process for me easier and faster. I didn't really know what is was looking for so of course I had a boat load of questions. She was able to answered all of them in "English" instead of hardcore tech talk. This is a big store with tons of tech options to choose from and always full of helpful staff. Basically geek heavan.

One of the employees (didn't catch the name, unfortunately) was so knowledgeable in helping me find the correct laptop. They let me know their honest opinion on which laptop was the best for what I'm using it for and which laptops were not as great.
I absolutely love the one I got! It was reasonable price with reasonable monthly payments.

As soon as I walked in, employees were ready to help look for what I needed, found working a couple minutes. Very friendly.

Very helpful in helping someone who doesn't know a lot about TV's and Internet to purchase the right in for my needs.

Thru didn't have the refrigerator I needed but it was clean and well organized with friendly staff.

We went in to get a laptop for my wife. The customer service representative was super informed and very helpful. They were kind and attentive. It made making a purchase very easy.

Edit: recently went in to pick up an online order. The online ordering system had a hiccup, and it wouldn't show my pickup as ready. I spoke with customer service in the store, and they were very kind and took care of the situation. It was a very pleasant experience.

Needed a new laptop, so I checked online, and it said that they had it. Came to the store to purchase, and they didn't have it. Talked to the lady standing at the computer register, and she said she's look for me and she found it! She was super helpful and sweet. She even helped me pick out a new mouse for it.

Had an excellent knowledgeable associate help me with the purchase of a television. Good to buy here rather than on the internet.

Love coming to Best Buy. Love looking around and see what’s new. The store is great and people are nice. Wish there was a little more in stock but shipping is fast so it’s easy. The total plan is great to always have my stuff covered and the extra return time is awesome because I get more time to try stuff and I get price matches too during that time

Love Best Buy, though I could not find any to help me. And I had to go to the front and ask if anyone was working.

Awesome thinking outside of the box! Went in with a smashed cell phone. After buying a new phone they were able to hook a few things up to the smashed phone then to a tv to be able to save a lot of photos that were not backed up to the internet.

I usually go to the Best Buy store in Coralville that serves the Iowa City area, but ended up at the Cedar Rapids location over the weekend and was really impressed with their team of people in the mobile department. The Cedar Rapids Best Buy has a great selection across the entire store and many friendly helpful employees. I'll probably go back next time I'm in the area.

Good store, helpful staff. Online ordering is fast and easy, as is the in-store pickup. Best Buy figured out how to survive in online retail wars.
