These guys were the best I’ve ever had in carpet cleaning, very professional! Especially when it comes to animal issues, they know their stuff. I had a problem with an elderly cat urinating everywhere, more than I knew and they did excellent job with that. The smell is completely gone! Highly highly recommend!

Zach and East Iowa Clean are literally top notch. Zach (the owner) put extra care and love in helping restore my old carpet. My house smells so good, the stains and dog hair are gone! I even double vacuumed today and Zach was able to pull up sooo much dog hair that was left behind that my vacuum couldn’t clean. He’s the cheapest around the Cedar Rapids area and by far the best when it comes to explaining what he’s doing and how it will benefit my health! Please give them a consider!

Zach at East Iowa Clean did a fabulous job cleaning this rug I inherited from my grandmother. The rug is easily 30 years old and didn't have a label. I had tried cleaning it myself and it smelled awful. He was very knowledgeable about the material (asian wool) and the proper way to clean it. I contacted a couple other cleaning companies and Zach was very responsive which was appreciated. I'd highly recommend East Iowa Clean for your carpet (or rug) cleaning needs!

I live in Marion and needed the carpet in the basement, and the three seasons porch cleaned and I like to use local businesses. East Iowa Clean is local and Zack, the owner is very knowledgeable about how to clean different stains that require something more. After they finished my CARPETS LOOKED BRAND NEW!! I was very happy with their work. I had already looked at replacing the carpeting in each room because I was sure that the stains would not come out. They saved me hundreds of dollars since I don't have to replace it!

Zach and his team are amazing. They worked with my schedule to clean my carpets when we were dealing with a family emergency that required urgent carpet cleaning. Reached out via text, and had a quick response and they were here the next week to clean our carpets.

Living with two toddlers and a bulldog makes for easily dirtied carpets, and we have had them cleaned in the past by a big name company, and we were not impressed.

East Iowa Clean was in and out within in hour for two rooms, and they discussed all of the options with me, to make sure we were tackling the concerns we had with the carpets.

Not only did they clean them, but they groomed them with a machine that removed extra hair etc., following the cleaning, which made them looks brand new!

We are SO impressed with how they turned out, they seriously look brand new. The cost was extremely reasonable and we will definitely be making this a spring and fall habit!

If you are looking for a carpet cleaning company that cares about you, your home and the job that they do, look no further! You will not be disappointed.

They even came back the next day to address a stubborn & lingering pet urine odor. The problem was solved at no additonal cost to us! They took great pride in there work and stood behind it. WOW!! I am actually speechless! Our carpets look PHENOMENAL! We are selling our house, and waited til the last minute to call carpet cleaners. No one was available, everyone was overpriced, and then I called East Iowa Clean. They had availability and the quote was jaw dropping for the entire house. So much so the famous quote "You get what you pay for" came to mind. That is absolutely untrue in this case. Our carpets have never looked better. I swear it looks as though we replaced the carpet. Even my husband said... we will be using these guys everytime! Please, please give East Iowa Clean a call for all you carpet cleaning needs...you and your pocketbook will be impressed!

Needed our carpets cleaned to prepare for guests. Zach was able to get us in the week after the call, and even called back when they had a cancellation and could make it out earlier. Zach took the time to explain their process and products and he and TJ did a thorough job cleaning our carpets, including treating some pet urine issues. The team did a great job cleaning our carpets after a hard year of training a new dog and 2 boys being boys! We are very happy with their services and knowledge and plan to use them in our basement later this year!

After putting off cleaning my carpets I recently hired East Iowa Clean to take on the daunting overdue task of cleaning my carpets and furniture.

I must say that I am blown away by their professionalism, efficiency, and customer service.

They arrived promptly, equipped with high end equipment and eco friendly products that left the everything smelling fresh without the smell of any harsh chemicals.

I kept putting off getting the job done because I thought I was too busy between work and kids at home and didn’t think I had the time.

I was mostly concerned about the drying time and have had carpets remain wet for far too long in the past. However, with East Iowa Clean, my carpets and couches were cleaned and dry faster than I knew was possible.

Worth every penny! If you’re questioning if you should have East Iowa Clean do your carpets, pull the trigger and message them. It’s been days, and my carpets still look/smell amazing. That’s with having three dogs and cats (multiple pee stains). Zach and TJ did a great job of keeping me updated through out the whole process.
