Blairs Ferry Senior Apartments

I have been a resident here since they opened. We have had 3 other managers and by far Carol Rath has been the most dedicated manager that has been here. She goes out of her way to help the residents and tries resolve any issues in a timely fashion. She is the reason I am still a resident here. She is loving, caring and very professional is her job. She is a one of a kind and irreplaceable in my eyes.

I have resided in this complex for two and a half years. My experience has been great. I’ve never had issues that weren’t addressed quickly and professionally. I count many of the residents my friends. Our manager, Carol Rath, is also on that distinguished list. Inspire of frequently being buried in paperwork, she’s always ready to help, and sometimes just listen. When possible she also participates in some of the social functions and joins in the fun. She’s the best!!

I have lived here for almost two years so have known Carol since she became manager.She is a great lady both as a Manager and person.She goes above and beyond her duties to insure the property is kept clean plus the residents and property are safe and secure.
I have dealt with many managers and Carol is by far the greatest.She cares about the property and each individual living here.Your company really got a jewel when you hired Carol.Hoping she stays here for a long time.

I moved to Blair’s Ferry Senior Apartments in July of 2018. It has been a very nice quiet, secure and comfortable place to live. I really like that our manager, Carol Roth, has an open door policy. She is always cheerful, welcoming, helpful and quick to respond. She’s the best manager and we are so greatful to have her here!

It is an amazing complex. My manager is loving and takes time out for everyone and ever situation. She goes above and beyond than any manager I have ever dealt with. She is GREAT 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍Carol Rath is the best.

Carol is absolutely amazing!!! She takes time to talk with residents and their family and if anything is needed she is right there to get it done for you. Thank you Carol for everything you do!!!!!

This is a fantastic place to live! The manager Amanda and Chuck on maintenance are very knowledgeable and helpful. There’s an active community that plans events, library, computer room, and community room with cable tv and full kitchen, as well as the front lobby pictured where residents gather. The apartments are nice sized and well designed with washer/dryers, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and full size stove included, as well as private balcony/patios and plenty of good storage for a reasonable price. It’s pet friendly and people friendly as well, as much as you want or not. Everything my roommate and I were looking for in one package and more! We’re quite happy and highly recommend it!

This is my 6th year living here and Carol is the best manager we've had. If she goes, I go.

The building looks great it’s new. People are very friendly. Moved my Mom in 6 months ago. Found out within a month there was bed bugs and cockroaches. Found bed bugs in community room to begin with and then moved into the apartment. When you tell management, they do call for an exterminator at your expense. Until this problem is taken care of, I can not recommend.
